Writing my first review out of spite. The extension asked me not to rate it badly because it wasn't the extensions fault it can't download from youtube. Understandable but don't call your extension tube downloader it kinda implies that it downloads from youtube. On another note I don't think you can find any extensions that download from youtube on the chrome store, but theres tons of websites that do the same thing.
What good is a YouTube downloader that can't download from YouTube? Worthless garbage. Needs to be removed from the web store.
Doesn't work at all. Unable to detect videos. Maybe it used to work at some point but does not work for the purpose advertised.

I gave it 3 stars because it actually works when it comes to downloading videos, but sadly, it said that you can't download videos on YouTube because of some policy or something like that. Which kinda sucks and made me down in the mouth, but I mean, at least it works on other websites I guess ?

Download from your favourite "Tube" sites it says... Changes your Home page to an unknown search engine. Non-surprisingly, does not download videos from YouTube, just brings up a window saying "Sorry, videos cannot be downloaded from this site, please find an alternative website"... by which time, I guess, they've already harvested the details they're after from you... Should become apparent, when installing the extension from here takes you to another 3rd party page that asks you to install. AVOID!!!
