As everyone else mentioned - now says "Sync Failed" & wipes ALL the backed-up bookmarks from the server. What a disastrous scam of a service.
Joining the "it's not working" chorus. It brings me to the Bookmarks tab and says "Before start syncing you have to select one of the following actions", I select Merge, and it acts like it syncs, but does nothing and the error does not go away.
Stopped working since more than 1 week ago.
