Super helpful tool for sharing screenshots and videos, as a UI tester I had to share multiple screenshots around the bug. Thanks to this tool, all my work is done in few clicks with detailed view of the network tabs and console making debugging process super efficient.

As the Head of Product at a startup, it's always challenging to find ways to scale processes, reduce delivery times, and enhance our problem-solving framework. The Jam extension makes it so much easier to report bugs to our Engineering team and help them understand what the issue is. It's saved our team a lot of back-and-forth communication.

I love this. I am not QA but i suggested this extension in my company and they are planning to adopt it. One feature i believe could make it more useful is the project folders, if we can get option to create folder on the jam dashboard and keep related issues inside it then it would go from 5/5 to 10/5 for me. Because currently if QA is going to test and raise issue of multiple projects then he himself will have to remember and find the issue because everything is in one place. But still love it. Great tool!

A simple cloud-based screenshot & annotation tool that adds browser-related data. Here's what's missing for me: 1. No highlighter tool, just a marker. 2. Jams are saved as images rather than editable items. You can't fine-tune/edit them later. 3. The pencil draws rough/jagged shapes, not smooth curved lines. 4. Just one text font - would be nice to have at least 5-7 common fonts. 5. No curved arrow tool - you have to draw it using a pencil 6. A choice of opaque/transparent/faded backgrounds for text would be nice

Really cool tool I learned about through Reddit... as a PM it's made it easier to send bug reports efficiently to my team. My favorite feature is being able to share the last X seconds of your screen, in case you noticed a bug but can't reproduce it after the fact. Keep building out Jam, I love it! (the strawberry is cute too)

Very quick and easy tool for bug reporting, no need to have multiple investigation of the same issue. Its got everything covered!

All my QA (and general software) people should check this tool out. Instead of having multiple video and image editing tools, you can do it right from the browser and post directly into Jira, Linear, Asana and Slack. One of the most overlooked components to include in a bug report is including console errors and Jam automatically captures those as well.

Insanely easy and simple to use. The learning curve is extremely short. Love Jam!

Jam is great! We have required the team to record a quick jam on every PR that has UI changes to show the team what changed. We of course use it to report bugs, and we have also been using it to attach "proof of work" videos on our jira tickets so we can confirm it works in our test environments before having the green light to go to production. We all love Jam!

I love how it works with most issue track tools!

It solved my hands. Doing a lot of UI testing the past 6 months and I had to open tickets to devs and be as accurate as possible. This did it for me. 4 stars just for the video analysis. Great job guys!

My team and I have been using Jam for about 2 months now and it has been such an wonderful experience. It has really helped connect the all parts of our development life cycle. Also, we LOVE the Asana integration, and we use it most regularly for reporting bugs when testing. I highly recommend using Jam. All I have left to say is you guys have a great product and keep up the great work!

Great tool, very useful for working with engineers!

This is great! It helped our team report bugs faster with with less back and forth. The recording of the network tab is a god send and being able to share my last navigation minute is mind blowing! The integration with linear makes everything work even better. I'm in love!

Jam improved the effeciency of bug reporting in our company by at least 2. Amazing tool.

We continue to use Jam for bug reporting across the 40+ websites that we manage. It makes the process simple by providing a close up screen shot that you can draw on as well as a full page screenshot so I as a developer can see the context of where it is on the page. We connected this with Asana where we do all of our task management and it is a breeze to get a task in there and complete it, usually without having to ask follow up questions with staff like we used to. No more bugs falling through the cracks in a fast paced development workflow!

Where has Jam been all my life? As a project manager, it has always been a pain to document issues AND to get anyone to submit issues with the right context and level of information. Jam provides the most frictionless way to document issues and does not just stop there - it integrates with tools such as Jira and even not so common ones like Linear, or even just a link that you can use anywhere. Thank you so much for creating such a lifesaver. I use Jam every single day and I simply cannot do without it.

Have been using Jam with our small but mighty team for a little while now and I never thought I would say this... But Jam makes QA fun! The UI is intuitive, integrates with Slack/Jira/Github/Linear, and has been an incredible time saver. Not only is the product great but so is the Jam team. The onboarding experience was one of the easiest I've had learning a new tool. If you're about efficiency when it comes to feedback/QA this is the tool for you!
