FANATIC IDEA! FINALLY AN INTELLIGENT DEVELOPER! On mobile phone you have to scroll down to hide the toolbars. But some developers block scrolling due to fancy websites. This fixes that abs overcomes the problem! Love it mate! ???????

Tested and working perfectly in Yandex desktop and Yandex mobile for Android. ????? Really annoying on mobile phones when you cannot collapse or hide the toolbars. Eg. Map pages, etc.
