It has been working fine, but recently stopped working in Russia. Site and extension are not available, cant connect

Installed without errors. Google says it can't validate the app, and I cannot sign up with an email address because it says "name" is required to be filled out but there is no "name" field - only email address and password. Glad I didn't pay for this.
UNABLE TO RESET THE PASSWORD HENCE CANNOT LOGIN. TRIED TO RESET IT MORE THAN 100 TIMES BUT NON OF THE RESET LINKS ARE COMING TO MY ID. JUST PAID FOR YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION AND THIS HAS HAPPENED. ITS IS SOME SORT OF SCAM.

Very few free options
as many free vpn's i have used in the past, this has to be one of the worst in my opinion, first of all, i dont think its free as its asking from a plan inorder to use, and 2 but last of all, the chrome extension doesn't even work, this is just my opinion.

(Insert Sarcasm here) WHAT A PRODUCT!!!! They JUST KNEW that I wanted to call up my bank, request a new CC, wait 7 days without access to my money so they SIGNED ME UP without ANY WAY TO CANCEL IT!!!! They also TOOK NO NOTICE of the EMAIL I SENT TO SUPPORT requesting within the 7 day 'trial' period that I didn't want their service. NONE whatsoever. Annnnnnnnnd it didn't work for me back to my home country to watch something from a free-to-air tv network. I used Nord in the end; that worked. This DOES NOT. SCAM. What a product!
Does it work? I turned it on and went to what's my ip, and it's still my original ip.
It have free in its name but not a single location is free! Totally SCAM, REMOVE IT FROM CHROME WEBSTORE or people will keep getting scammed

Used to be great and worked very well for a free chrome extension vpn, but now it seems with either a chrome update or something else it doesn't work anymore, and just seems to stop or mess with whatever your current connection is. Unfortunate, but hopefully it gets fixed or changed soon.

I purchased 1 day plan. The browser extension asks me to login, but i cannot since I don't have any passwords. But on this page on their website, i am logged in, yet i cannot change my password because i don't know my old password - i never setup any passwords! I tried clicking 'forgot my password' but i don't get any password retrieval email. I tried to connect my facebook account, but it says 'app is not setup'. What kind of user experience is this? Please refund my purchase.

Your VPN shows in the Graphic above that the the USA was suppose to be in the free downloaded uVPN and it is NOT. I downloaded this free VPN because you showed that you could use it on USA Service servers and you can't. Please add the USA Servers to the free uVPN as advertised by your company.

Considering the free usage option, stability and speed wise it is fairly good, not superb or excellent but helps get the job done when your tasks can be carried with a relatively higher ping. The only complaint I have is about the country selections. Even though you are provided with 4 countries on free subscription, I could make it work only with one of them and the others did not seem to work
