not working
Doesnt appear to work
Was good. Now a subscription.
Was useful until it blurred everything. Why pay £2 a month when there are alternatives that are free? Very greedy.
This is a very useful extension, however, it has been updated to include an ad for PropertyData right under the price history which is extremely unuseful, a waste of space and an eyesore.
Doesn't work anymore
It will work for a bit and then blur anything remotely useful and ask for money.
Worked great and now it wants me to subscribe for £2.99 a month. Disgusting behaviour and should be removed.
Its a good little add-on to see the price change but nothing more but now the prices are blurred unless you pay £2.99 a month. It was nice to have it but I didnt crave it when I didnt and I wont miss it now ive uninstalled it.
Not worth £2/month when there are other free alternatives.
Brilliant extension and worth paying for imo as it is a really useful tool when buying a property.
Usually a 5* tool but isn't showing price history anymore. RM may have finally outsmarted it because the affected listings clearly state 'reduced'. Suggest to me that this isn't a case of an agent evading the tool by removing, reducing and relisting. If the team could rectify the issue I'd gladly amend my rating.
Cool stuff, I appreciate it.
Was nice when free, but behind a paywall now. So I've moved over to PropertyTracker instead.
No longer free :( Get PropertyTracker as a better free option. Has all the same price history data in my experience.
Love this, but it's now not working. The older prices have been blurred out
It worked well, until they decided to charge for the pricing history.
now required subscription fees to access any price data
Was a useful little tool, but now need to pay for it to work?
The plugin is absolutely great, maybe too great. I've been noticing lately that properties I was tracking (and of which I have the old ad saved) are relisted on the sites like RM and the tracker is unable to keep track of it. Looks like it's flawed as it only follows an id on the URL and State Agents are learning to cope with this by removing the whole ad and relisting it with a different id. I've seen a few already, just in the last week 2 different properties in the same area that have been relisted in this way: result? no track history. One of the properties has been on sale for over a year with no luck, they now relisted 50k above the asking price it had last week, clearly aiming to "reduce" the price in a couple weeks and pretend it's a "new opportunity" to unaware buyers. I think they could try to save the photos, at least the main one. Real State agents don't seem to be interested on taking new photos for each listing so you could find a "relist" by comparing them. Though this may become too expensive. Best thing to do is your own personal tracking if you are interested in an area or group of properties, save the ad and possibly keep manual track of it. If you are aiming for something too wide though, you may need to pay someone to do this for you ;)
Started asking for payment to see blurred out prices
Suddenly started hiding information behind a subscription, that isn't mentioned at all when installing the extension.
No longer free :-(
Was good but now its subscription charge will be deleting.
Cute gimmick, but £24/year? No thanks.
I love this extension but today it doesn't seem to be showing the previous prices, just that the prices have changed. I hope this is just a blip.
Key if you are about to buy a house. Don't know how many thousands of pounds it saved us and made way easier the negotiation knowing where they sellers stands by looking at the price drops and times.
Great extension, super helpful, love it! I do have one question though - what's the difference between initial prices listed in blue versus yellow?
Absolutely brilliant!
It was great but today it is not working? Is it only to me?
Fab tool - thank you
Really cool.
Great so far! Will continue to use
Really useful. Thanks.
Fantastic extension and really useful, thanks!
Great extension and quick dev support. Rightmove layout changed and the fix was brought in in less than 24 hours after me emailing them. Thanks :)
Loved using this for the past 6 months. Been absolutely invaluable, but has suddenly stopped working now that Rightmove have changed their wesbite. Is it going to be updated?
Absolutely brilliant. So simple and so helpful. Thank you to the developers. If I could give it 10 stars I would, its really just perfect.
Just works! Amazing :)
I think it is great, but the price changes dont display for me, in the listing pages. I have to go into each individual property to see the pricing history. Not sure why it is not working on the listing page, as per the image in the download details. Otherwise it would get 5 starts
As a Buyer, this is an invaluable tool that will prove very useful for negotiating effectively
Works perfectly and just adds the history to the official rightmove web pages. Brilliant.
Great extension, such a life saver in getting insights when looking to buy a flat/ house! It's been amazing having this and tracking properties value. Great job and kudos to the team at Property log.
So easy to use!
10/10
SO handy! Thank you!!
Really impressed with this extension. It is significantly better than the Property Tracker extension. More accurate, more uptodate, doesn't need frequent page refreshing.
Worked well to begin with, but now lists prices which are clearly wrong. Can the developer please fix whatever glitch is causing this; when working correctly it is a very useful app.
Amazing extension! As others said it's so light I didn't even realise it was working until I noticed the new section on the listing. Keep up the good work!
In principle 5 stars, but every time I click it i just get the title page? When does it start to work??
Awesome. Great extension.
Great and very useful tool. Hopefully it will empower potential buyers with more knowledge
Great extension for keeping track of property price changes. Really nice to know if the EA/Vendor has dropped by a decent amount or if it's just an insignificant amount to trigger an alert. Great stuff :-)
