Overall happy customer thanks to MyUS serice. Regadless of some exceptional cases, overall MyUS is very reliable and good service. I would be a happier customer, if MyUS provides more promos on international delivery. Also would be a nice surprise to make it possible for international sipping beauty items like frafrance.

Being a bit apprehensive about using the site for a while ,at first glance it seemed complicated...However, the My Us App. made ordering so easy ,I'm now totally sold on the experience....and very pleased with my new ability to purchase parts and supplies that do not ship to Canada . The excellent savings are a bonus..Couldn't be happier..

I liked the app on my phone but very easy to you ... Has some weird loading problems but i just uninstall it and put it back in and seems to work fine after that ..

Had to load the app a couple of times before i could check out. Otherwise it seems to have worked. Hopefully it arrives. I used the app because Hallmark wouldnt take an international Credit card and didnt do internaitonal shipping and I wanted something there real bad. edit - Now getting used to it, this is an excellent extension to buy stuff in the US, easily buy from stores in the US which wont ship internationally, myUS will just ship it for free domestically and charge intl shipping rates only.

This extension has been really helpful. I tried to shop an item at Walmart but the store website displayed some technical issues to add the item to the cart (of store). However, using the myus extension I was easily able to add the item to the cart, get a clear picture and details of all the costs (shipping, tax, insurance, handling, etc.) involved and was easily able to complete my purchase. So kudos to the team and thank you.

Initially awkward and clumsy to use, due of course to inexperience. But it gets easier with use. I think overall it cuts out a lot of steps and processes necessary to get stuff from online shopping.

Have started to use myUS cart on Macy's after they changed their billing option and would not charge to a UK credit card and ship to a US address. The myUS cart works reasonably well -- you do need to be careful because sometimes items don't appear to be added to your cart and you can end up with duplicates. All in all though, so far so good. The shipping time from Macy's to Sarasota does seem long but then again I suspect myUS consolidate orders. Good positive option. Works well with Amazon.com too !

Wow! Can't believe how easy it was to order directly from a seller and have myUS ship it using this plugin. Usually the item would have to be delivered and weighed / measured... but this plugin consolidates all the steps. Super impressed.

I have used MyUS for over a year now and in the midst of all the crisis and pandemic criminals taking advantages of consumers out there I have grown confident with the service MyUS provides. The extension makes things so much easy and helps to extend your shopping to shops that are not listed under MyUS. It also makes payments so quick and easy, lets you stay as short as possible on your 'process order stage'. Its great I love it.

I've used MyUS Shopping before and I was very pleased a year or more ago! I'm using them again to order my kids summer wardrobe and expect the same experience in terms of shipping & delivery to my country. The add to cart experience was admittedly a little buggy, but once I realised that it would pick-up the image and description of the previous item first, I just added my item a second time to get the correct image/description and deleted the previous item added to cart. If they can sort that part out so the add to cart experience is less time consuming, I'd give them 5 stars. YH

Not too impressed initially. The installed extension wouldn't open in my Chrome browser on my Pixelbook. I get, "An unexpected error has occurred... An administrator has been notified of this." I uninstalled and reinstalled but the same thing happened.

Love ordering via MyUS - refunds are prompt if needed and even though it takes a while to get email responses, my queries are mostly resolved. I think a live bot system for queries would be awesome though! I haven't found any other shipping company that makes things so easy and affordable to order.

Have used MyUs before and their service was great...but this was the first time I have used the Chrome Extension to purchase from. It was very easy and convenient especially if ordering from different store. Now just need to wait and see if all the items come together and the actual delivery part goes well. But from past experience their service was great. So here is hoping.

The shopping on Amazon was a good experience. Had to figure out how to use the MyUS check out and basket, but easy to decipher. My biggest problem as a new member has been with the startup process, and finding the website not user friendly for what I had to do. I sent questions and got case numbers but no answers. Just not used to lack of service at that level. My questions required really simple answers. I think from now going forward things should go smoothly. This shopping spree plus consolidation with other shipments into my suite will verify if we are good to go.

i live in Australia and I tried to buy 2 beauty products costing US$100 and the company wanted to charge me $258 postage Having the option of putting the goods in the MYUS basket makes the purchase so streamlined and easier. I'm very happy with the service

I love everything about MyUS Shopping except for the tax imposed on me. Most overseas merchants have had tax included in the purchase. But overall, I just love the shopping experience. I just hope that purchases are shipped earlier. Sometimes, some items may need time to arrive at your hub; thus delays occurred when everything else was ready.

Truly a Godsend for folks outside the US. The consolidation of purchases into one or two single shipments is WAY cheaper than paying premium for every single item shipped to Malaysia from the US. Great job MyUS! Keep up the good work!!

I really liked the extension. It's the first time I use it. Only had a little problem when it crashed and logged out, but was able to log in again without any problem.

I have nothing to complain about. Makes it a lot easier to shop, I don't have to put in my address/make accounts on other websites. I am in the military stationed overseas, and my last package came within 3 days after ordering on the cheapest delivery option (that's crazy!). Overall the shipping is fast, never had a problem so I'm not sure about the customer service. I was afraid MyUS would be a scam, but it seems like this company is made for the military. Thanks!

So far I have received all of my orders really fast, by a legitimate carrier (fedex) and the shipping rate, at the time, was substantially lower than other services I checked. The extension is really comfortable because it lets you place the order on Myus and gives you the final price right there in the shopping cart and at checkout. The only flaw by now was that the first time I made an order the taxes where showen only upon checkout whereas when I calculated the price of the order on the myus website that charge did not appear. I sent an email to ask about it and still haven’t received an answer- it was at least two weeks ago. Also, sometimes when I open a new tab for a certain item the extension banner that lets you put the item in the myus cart doesn’t appear, so it would be very helpful if I could make it appear by pressing on the extension icon or some kind of option inside the extension menu that appears when I press the icon.

I agree with other 5 star reviews - the extension makes check out so much faster and easier. And MyUS has provided excellent service for us! Thanks for making this extension available!

Due to current Pandemic and precautions guys at MyUS are doing their best to complete orders although sometime orders are delayed more than expected. Overall, This is a good service. Love it.

MyUS is a great idea and so far has worked well. Just placed my 3rd order. I'm American living in Philippines, some products we just can't get- or their fakes.
