this is really to the other user that said command + shift + j s the correct shortcut. congratulations that might be for mac but keep in mind PC users do not have the command button and ctrl + j is the correct shortcut

Simple yet very handy.
Super helpful little mod that makes managing past downloads easier. Should be 5 stars, but the recent update moved the the "clear downloads" button from the right to the middle of the screen. The new look looks nice, but what was once a quick click to open the page and an inch-ish movement to clear them, is now a click to open and a long trip across a 2k monitor to click in the middle of the screen. It's a minor complaint, but it breaks my flow, and for an extension that's already so great, that's all it takes to drop a start for me. It's probably a big pain for touch users, too. Make the button location configurable, or move it back to the right and I'll be happy.

Does what it says. Just wish it had an option to disable the default Chrome download bar at the bottom of the screen. And I already know about auto-clear, that's not what I want.

Contains malware. Using a process of elimination I discovered that the continual pop-ups only stopped once I had disabled this extension.
Would be better if it opened my Downloads folder on my computer.

Very simple shortcut button. Great for artists on the Surface Pro, who 90% of the time only use the Wacom pen, and don't want to open a keyboard just to CTRL+J or assign a right click action. Tip for Devs: Anything you can create that removes the need for keyboards or extra right clicks should be popular with stylus enabled tablets and Cintiq monitors.

A balloon pop-up showing the current downloads and completed ones, with a button to open its folder (like the inbuilt download manager in firefox)would have made this far more appealing

Oh wow! This extension is epic! When I downloaded Google Earth, I accidentally closed Chrome so I thought maybe there is an extension where I can view downloads and there is! :)
