Absolutely unusable on Ubuntu Desktop 17.04 with Exetel. Parsing error (52) on every combination tried so far. Attempted to contact dev via forums, zero useful contact or reply.
Great add on. Would be nice if you could select the unit of measurement to display (ie display GB instead of MB). as my RSP displays in MB by default, which makes it a little longer to read.

Used to work occasionly when i was on ADSL but since moving to Telstra NBN (FTTN),every single time I receive a parsing error (S10)
I love it, but it has been broken for a couple of weeks now. Getting a parsing error - no matter what the script is not able to authenticate with Exetel even though I checked, rechecked, recreated account in the add-on, changed password in Exetel. My credentials are good for a manual logon to Exetel, but fail with the add-on. Very sad.
Been using it for a number of years on both Chrome and Firefox. Does what it says on the box. Always handy to see at a glance how the allowance limit is going. Would be nice to be able to have 2 bars/accounts for home and mobile though.
Excellent App (does what it advertises). Just wish (1) it could run multiple ISP's side-by-side (Home + Mobile) and (2) the occasional update of chrome or the extension didn't flip out the settings. It's easy enough to reinstall + reconfigure, but it'd be nice not to have to.
Didn't work for Bigpond for about 3 years. Parsing Error despite multiple re-installs. Retried Dec 2016 and works again. Edit: Next day, didn't work again "Parsing Error"

Disliking it at the moment. Hasn't been working for days. Edit: Reloaded password, error changed to 'Parsing error S19'. Clicked 'Updated usage' a couple of times and it finally worked.
Had been working well for Exetel in Chrome since August 2014, until the past month or two of "A parsing error occurred (S2)" (don't know exactly when - I've been very busy). Retyping my info into the Preferences/options page and then updating usage made it work again.
Until recently worked well. However not working at present for me on Windows 7 64 bit, Chrome Version 41.0.2272.118 m (64-bit), or for my partner's laptop Windows 8.1 Chrome Chrome Version 41.0.2272.118 m (32-bit).

Love this, one of my very few chrome apps I use, wish there was a mobile app and widget, as iinets android app sucks.
It works for Internode but gets a lot of internal server errors and then the usage is un-readable in the icon. I have to disable it and re-enable it for it to become visable again but it only lasts til the next time it updates

Exetel updated their website and we now get parsing errors. Great extension that was working very well.
Works well with Optusnet, no issues so far. Very good work.
Works quite well. Only time I really have issues with it, is when I leave Chrome open for a day or two, but then it is only the display button that has a problem. Can still click on it, to get my usage show up.
No longer works, it looks like it stopped getting updates.
Stopped working with Netspace/iinet. Was always working now it isn't. Might take it off and reinstall it.
Not working on Bigpond cable at the moment. Receiving "A parsing error has occured (S19)" now. The only temporary fix I have found is: • Login to your Bigpond usage table (the one that shows your current usage over the month with blue bar graphs representing each day) • Once this has loaded, click Update Usage on NetUsage. Even though the extension isn't working properly - this temporary fix will at least tell you where you are for your current cycle.

Only works with ISP's, unable to just monitor the data.
Very handy. It's icon often shows 1x in red. Hovering over the icon shows the true data usage and clicking the icon works as expected. If usage data can not be retrieved a red x appears. This red x remains even when usage data is updated and the current usage % is shown over the red x. The only way I can fix this is by restarting the browser.
Doesn't play nicely with Telstra Bigpond. I can force it to update the usage value shown in the popup by selecting the "Visit ISP usage page" button (have to hit the button several times). An authentication issue perhaps? Perhaps worse is that the icon doesn't update to match the value in the popup until I restart the browser.
This is an essential app if you have limited download available. It has served me unfailingly in Chrome for over a year, though always with a delay of about 1 hour. Mysteriously vanished along with my bookmarks today. Now restored and working perfectly,

Was working great with Dodo up until a few weeks ago. Any chance there could be an update soon to fix some of these ISPs, like Dodo?
Has been broken for several months with bigpond.
Working nicely with Optus except %age in icon does not match the %age in details (icon currently lagging 2% behind actual. Would be a very minor inconvenience as long as the scale of error is only ever that amount - however, I now wonder how much I can trust it to be accurate. PS - never really understood what the target surplus is telling me.

Works very well with Exetel. The ability to display in gigabytes would be a good plus.
I just installed and it works with Optus for me. Although it's mixing up the figures for DOWNLOAD and UPLOAD... but makes no difference to me as I get metered on TOTAL monthly usage up-and-down. So I can probably live with the mix-up. Used this also a while back with MyNetFone and it was excellent. Nothing appears to have changed.

Great extension until Optus totally changed their usage meter interface. Now this extension won't work with Optus at all. Hopefully an update will be forthcoming soon.
It's an excellent extension and does the job. Recently though it has been showing "ISP error occurred: 304 Not Modified (S21)" 5 star if the issue was rectified.
Great extension. I'm through iinet (well actually netspace before it was taken over) works great. However my one little niggling issue is that you cannot turn off the on/off peak times. I'm on a business plan and have anytime quota so it would be nice to have this feature, as currently while it still fetches usage it gets confused and just displays and "x" and you have to click it to see usage. With this feature fixed a perfect 5 stars

Works really well, when Bigpond hasn't futzed something up so that it doesn't pull down the usage info... Not the Dev's fault though.

Great app. I used it in Firefox and apart from the smaller visual footprint, the Chrome version is pretty much the same. Nice work :)

This extension (for Chrome) does not work for me with my Bigpond Cable service. I keep receiving ISP error occurred: 500 Internal Server Error (S8) However it works fine for me in Firefox with the exact same settings :/
Worked okay for a while with OptusNet then this month started giving some false readings and a ton of error messages. Thought it was an error on Optus' end but I checked my Usage from their site and turned out to be an issue with the extension.
Can you change the colour of the offpeek. blue to black is hard to see. make it orange or yellow. Please add functionality to monitor voip usage.
Absolutely LOVE this extension. I was a VERY loyal Firefox user for years, but now that this extension is available on Chrome, I'm making Chrome my default browser. The extension is excellent and saves me having to constantly log into my ISP account to check where my usage is at. VERY easy to set up and operate. I wouldn't be without Net Usage Item!
