With this chrome extension, you can download all ACTIVE recurring payments.

How to:
1. Install extension
2. open paypal.com
3. login
4. open recurring payments (german: Abonnements)
5. you will see now a pink button with the text "Export All Active Recurring Payments as CSV"
6. click on it and wait until you face a promt windows to download the CSV-File

For the moment, the CSV-File will have the following headers:
- status
- id
- plan_id
- create_time
- email_address
- plan_name
- product_name
- start_time
- address
- gross_amount
- interval_unit
- interval_count
