How to install Odoo Utility extension 3.1 from crx file

1. To use an Odoo Utility extension 3.1 CRX file, first download the file to your computer.
2. Then open the Chrome browser and go to the Chrome Extensions page: chrome://extensions/
3. Drag and drop the Odoo Utility CRX file onto that page. Chrome will then install the extension.
