I love this app so much

Works fine but it doesn't have dark mode.

Can't it have a volume adjuster for the pings? And a dark option? And maybe a resizing possibility for the window?

Does not work for me .. just get an error page back from messenger :(

wont let me even get on it all of this people saying its good are bots that theses people of this product bought these stupid bot and im a real human and all of this is pointless and its a waste of time do something better with your lives creates of this fake website

Well for me it's pretty useful when you don't have a messenger app in your windows(because I'm using windows), and it notifies right after you received a message(even messenger.com tab is not active). Of course before you install this it's better that you've already logged in at messenger.com. With this you don't have to open the main messenger page when sending or receiving a message. It's worth a try :) 5 stars thanks for this very helpful :)) *btw I'm using torch browser*

Uninstalling after a month. I've had enough. It's slow. Even on a very fast laptop. It takes several seconds to open a messege every time you click it. You'll go mad like me - don't bother with this one.

Either I do something wrong, or this extension is just ignorant on my system.

Did not work properly with Chromium. Crashed Chromium and ruined some of the other extensions sessions....

Use-LESS messenger unofficial became malwared' apparently and this doesn't work as intended not showing messages, maybe a millisec paha.

just shows for a second then flashes to a plain white page. garbage.

Does not work, you get an error code when you try and log on.

The only problem I had is that it is slow. Everytime you close the extension and open it again, it loads for about 7 seconds.

Exactly what I needed. Just a simple iframe inside a chrome extension dropdown. No silly business. I would like to get a link to the source code though. There is a link on their support page but it doesnt go anywhere.

Legit Messenger extension! Just what I need :)

This is honestly my favourite and the only useful Facebook messenger extension but the fact that it has to reload every time you open it and gets stuck on a white page and forces me to reload it again more than half of the time is a problem!

It's a fantastic extension. I find it very difficult to use anything else. I hate facebook and only keep mine active to use messenger. This is my escape :) To those having problems with signing in to the extension: If you go to messenger.com and sign in there it will sign you into the extension. Once you sign in on the messenger.com site it will keep you logged in until you reset your browser cache/cookies

This is the ONLY messenger at the time I am posting this, that is worth to use. There are like 10 different messenger extensions, that the only thing they act as, is a bookmark to messenger.com. Thank you, but I can just bookmark the page. There are some others, that try to innovate the interface, but its like having a second window open for the messenger. I would prefer it to be integrated with me actual chrome window. Now for this one. This is the ONLY unintrusive extension. To open the messenger you need to click on the top right corner, where it's icon is and it brings up a window that you can see the messenger there. When you click elsewhere the said window will close. It does actually feel really slick and nice, almost like the feeling I get with the FB icon in android that you can use to open a messenger in front of whatever you are doing and then close it and continue. There is a small thing, which I guess it might bother some people, while other people must like it. Every time the popup closes, messenger unloads. That means that when you click again on the icon, you have to way 2-3 seconds for it to reload again. Indeed if you check Chrome task manager, you will see that normally it takes only 20mb of ram, compared to having the messenger page open that takes 80mb ram. That shows it always unloads. All in all I love it and how the developer decided to make it part of Chrome, rather than a different window or tab. I just hope in the future the developer will find a way to keep messenger page always loaded, so users will not have to wait those couple of seconds every time they will open the window.

Amazing messenger extension! One suggestion: Make it run in the background so that it doesn't have to load every time you click it.

I love that this operates in a popup rather than a window. There are 2 minor things I've noticed. 1- Whenever I open the popup, it goes to the most recent conversation *I* started, not one that was inbound. I'd like to see this go to the most recent overall conversation 2- When opening the popup, there's a delay before the screen loads. It looks like it's refreshing from Facebook each time the popup is opened. Maybe there could be some "run in background" option?

It's so awesome! Except I can't sign in! :( Other than that, I love it!

I've tried almost all of the chrome extensions for facebook messenger and this one is my best favorite.
