Poor - great when it works which is about 30% of the time, the CV upload crashes every other day and the the Job adder app disappears from the gmail every other day and you have to reinstall constantly

Revolutionary! Ridiculously easy to use (just added a contact to my JobAdder with two clicks). Love it
