I love it to prepare my meetings!

Hypercontext is so useful for making my meetings productive. Structuring the agenda and suggestions of questions really work. I can see this becoming a tool for the whole team. A few UI pain points (which I'm sure will get fixed over time) are why it's not 5 stars.

Its a great app to being accountable and getting things done. I love the App and find it great because it can be incorporated in your meeting apps. Great job guys!

This is really an incredible tool. It took my 1:1 and made it into a joyful experience with a lot of meaningful points of connection! It takes the guess work out of checking in with my team members and helps us stay on track.

First of all, the Soapbox tool is absolutely amazing in itself and I have been using it for a long time, not only for 1:1 meetings but also for team meetings. But when I got introduced with the chrome extension - it just changed everything. I love how smart it is - integrated so seamlessly to see agenda right in calendar or on meet call. Very well done.

Convenient tool to keep track of the important things that need to be discussed in upcoming meetings! The fact that is shows up on the calendar and as an extension is certainly a plus! Loving how technology and tools ensure that I can work quickly and effectively, and remember everything!! Highly recommended!

Just got notified of the chrome extension, and I must say this is the most innovative of ideas, soapbox is my company's go to application for meetings both internal and external and it has been very effective.

We have been using Soapbox since December 2019, it has been a great tool for our company and has promoted some amazing conversations and has helped us keep on track as we tackle multiple big projects. My favorite aspect of soapbox has been the one on one support we receive from Brennan and his team, having soapbox connected with my calendar makes jumping into our agenda so fast and easy!

One of the best tools for meetings! We've been using Soapbox for our daily standup meetings for a while now. My favourite part of this tool is how intuitive it is to use and how well the meetings can be documented and organised with the help of this tool.

I've been using Soapbox for my work 1:1 meetings. GAME CHANGER!!! It's such an intuitive, easy-to-use app - I wish I would've found this years ago. Soapbox not only offers suggestions for my 1:1, but it also gives me the questions and templates. You can create your own templates! Then, after you've documented the answers from the meeting, you're able to schedule follow-up tasks (which links to your calendar *love*) or finish the session and email out the notes. One and Done! You can't get any better than that!

We use this to add topics we want to discuss in person or during video calls. Things that can wait until later but we don't want to forget to discuss. It has resulted in robust conversation that are efficient in nature. There is a learning curve as staff aren't used to contributing to an agenda, but each time we use it they see the potential and believe in it's use more and more. A great tool!

As founder and CEO of a 60+ person company, I've been looking for a tool to streamline my 1:1s and team meetings. Soapbox has been a game-changer in helping to focus our meetings, as well as holding us accountable to 'to-do's' because the extension syncs seamlessly with Google Calendar. Also love that they're constantly making updates and adding great features - just keeps getting better!

Love having the quick ability to update and view my agenda items, action items and next steps when I'm on my browser. Super helpful to have a mini Soapbox right in my browser!

Using Soapbox has changed the way in which we work as a management team, and keeps us on track for each weekly check in. There is now so much more organisation and more getting stuff done!

We use Soapbox for our team meetings. The Chrome extension itself is incredibly convenient as I now use it more than going into the program itself. It is very convenient to see my tasks (upcoming and imminent) while I'm in Google Calendar. I also enjoy creating tasks during the meeting and then having them sent out automatically when the meeting ends. This saves me a lot of time and energy from creating a follow-up email from our meetings. Keep up the great work Soapbox!

Really easy to use and implement. Was great to be able to add notes/topics to meetings without needing to open a new tab! Also the ability to see any outstanding tasks in GCAl was really helpful and helped me prepare for meetings going forward.

Great time saver which surfaces information you need in context without having to switch between tabs or apps. Works seamlessly with both Google Calendar and also will surface your agenda within Google Meet. You can manage your conversations from within the tools you are already using in your browser, just streamlines everything nicely. Developers are also very responsive to feedback and keep adding more value to the tool. Highly recommended.

Great integration to allow full access to the features in soapbox without having to login to yet another tool. Great service

Soapbox has been amazing for our team as we have shifted to remote working due to Covid. We are able to keep our check ins in one place and organized. We can see past talking points and assign next steps to ensure everyone leaves a meeting clear on their next steps. The chrome extension adds notifications to my calendar to remind me when things are due, I haven't missed a deadline since we made the switch to Soapbox!

I think this is what I have been looking for for most of my life...nearly! I use it for 1:1s and some team meetings, and am now rolling it out across my business. Makes setting agendas and tracking actions and follow-up a heck of a lot easier. It is still a WIP and for ad hoc meetings, or meetings with people outside your organisation there is still work to do, but overall a great great tool to improve the tidal wave of video meetings we are all now in.

Nothing has kept me more accountable than this extension. I live in my calendar and Soapbox does an incredible job of alerting me to due dates right from my GCal. Can’t live without this.

The thing I hate most about this product is that its made me realise how much time we were wasting in meeting, missing things we should have been talking about not holding each other accountable. Everyone should have this

The extension is so cool! I love that I can share any ideas I have with my team without even having the tab open :D Also, GSD mode is awesome, keeps me laser focused!

As new users to SoapBox Pro, new extensions just added that extra ease of use, and we will find most useful as our teams use application more moving forward in 2019/2020 onwards.

I love that I can add stuff to my agenda while I'm browsing...I always come across articles I want to share and sharing them in SoapBox beats throwing them in Slack (where they always get lost).
