There's no sound for me, and it never works whenever I've tried it!

Good, good. I've been using it for years, props to the team behind the project, really good work.

I have really high stress problems and ADHD yet I love to read all the time. I love this extension because it makes it so much easier to be able to focus and pay attention. I'm also able to actually focus in on my school work as well. I love how you are able to decide what combination of sounds you want and I love the ones that they already have. though I wish you didn't have to pay money for the pro things I do like how you can access so much without any costs.

I was so stoked when I found this. I loved that it didn't require me to open an entirely new tab and that it has it's own, accessible icon at the top right of chrome. The sounds were great, the interface was easy to navigate and aesthetically pleasing. I LOVED that you could make your own playlist of your favourite sound. However, I did not know about the daily limit if you don't pay for Pro. Finally got into the groove of working today, after a couple of hours of struggling to remain focused. Only got about an hour of work done before got jarred from my flow because my background noise stopped suddenly. I wouldn't have tried it in the first place if I knew there was a daily limit. And the Pro is 120/year. Not worth it. Such a bummer.

I used to love this extension until it started to give limited time if your not a pro member. But now at least I can listen for longer with not pro member sounds. Which is great! Thank you Noisli for helping me focus on my work with sounds but not music.

It is boring, with a limited variety of sounds. Tide works so much better, has so many more features, and doesn't cost anything.

Awful, I paid for this service and then they switched to subscription.... Even before that the app was incredibly buggy

It is very buggy now and maybe you can add actual songs to it like spotify or anything but it was great, and there also were too many premiums, I am sorry if I'm being rude. :(

Used to be a great extension. Now it has become a subscription service that constantly malfunctions, thinks I have used up my time when I haven't used it at all that day. A real shame

Good audio quality. Does what it was designed for. Very excessive pricing. $10 a month? Seriously? There's tons of free alternatives out there. I would definitely sign up for pro if the price was more reasonable.

Imagine having a daily limit on WHITE NOISE. Absolute negative IQ decision from money-grubbing developers.

Do yourself a favor and layer your favorite song on Spotify under cafe sounds... thank me later :)

app works great, only thing is that there is a time limit to how long you can use it per day unless you get a subscription.

The sound quality is amazing, smooth extension didn't face any issues, but the price is a little bit too much.

This was a great little app that I used to use often when I was working in the office. Since Corona and working from home I haven't used it very much. when I came back to it I noticed they added some paid options,This is fine and if people want to pay for extra features that's great, the devs deserve payment. Unfortunately, 1 - 2 hours into using it the sound turned off and I was informed that I had reached my daily limit. I'm not paying the cost of a Spotify subscription for some background noise, it's just not worth that. Sorry, but this has turned this from a 5 star app to 1 star and that's only because I can't give it zero stars. I won't be changing this rating again until you remove the daily limit for free users, even if that means you offer a very limited set of playlists with no save and customisation features. Basically, how this app originally was.

Beautiful web interface with very nice options to mix different ambient sounds - 10/10 for that. But. . . that's it. Everything from here goes downward, unfortunately! 1. The tool is highly overpriced. $12/month is way too much for this tool, because you can replicate almost all of the things it does with free resources from YouTube!! Just bookmark few ambient sound tracks from YouTube, Play them together on different tabs and adjust their volumes. Lots of open tabs? Create separate User of Chrome and keep all the sound tracks there. Yes, you would spend few minutes to do this every few hours or perhaps every day. And, I would be happy to pay to Noisli for saving me that few minutes everyday, but not $12/mo, maybe $2-$3 per month. 2. The free version is just a trial. It only allows to play 1.5 hrs per day, which is nothing for working hours. 3. The mobile app is not free! First you have to buy the app and then you'll have to pay per month to use unlimited??? Again, beautiful interface & nice concept, but definitely not solving an unique problem that's worth $12/mo. I am using free YouTube tracks and I'm happy.

never use this! it is waste i used this app just for 4 hrs it is showing your daily limit is over! i am so angry! but the 4hrs i used this extension was nice! but pls make it proper and i will be waiting for that!

I really like this app, but the Chrome extension regularly tells me that I've gone over my daily limit (when I've just started playing oit) but when I go to the web app it's fine. It's rendered the extension useless for me.

I have been using this app for several years religiously! I loved having a FREE service where I could customize ambient sounds to help me focus while studying and wind down at the end of the day. It had not been updated for at least 3 years, until recently when they added a pro version with a lot more features. I thought the other features they added would be really cool and I was considering signing up because I loved the service that much. However, I am now going to find a new service because they added a DAILY LIMIT to the free version of the app/extension, which is not very long and includes time that I had it on MUTE! I was a loyal user of this service and I brought many of my classmates to this site, but now you have lost me.

Used to love, but the new Pro limitations are too extreme. I understand the need to generate revenue, but the price is too high for what it is and you can barely use it without paying. Either allow more time for non-paying users or lower the price significantly. I will not be using this anymore unless there are serious changes

keep asking me to upgrade to PRO to use from the extension, used to love it verymuch but the problem of extension just reduce the stars because only works on website

I installed it when it was completely free and used it to study in distracting college environment. Awesome app, it was very helpful! Now I'm giving 4 stars review and deleting this app form my browser only because I have daily limit of using it. I better find a free alternative app something like Aura, then pay monthly for a noise. I wouldn't mind to make a one time purchase, but the subscription for an app like this sounds as something very unreasonable.

I love this. Helps me not get distracted by my brothers. The problem is that it's limited to all sounds, playlists, and options. I think it's for economy, so I have to pay for it (which I don't want to). Thanks, money.

Paid plan was way to much way to much limits!!!!!!! Makes chrome very slow I would not recomend it!!!! Much better FREE extentions / websites

I have been using this app and chrome extension at work for quite some time and enjoyed it a great deal. I have uninstalled the app from my phone, and removed the chrome extension as of today after the latest update which imposed a daily limit for free usage. Maybe if they rethink their up-sell strategy I will be back. There are playlists available on Spotify which offer the same feel, while offering a substantially greater value with all the other types of music available for what they are charging for the "Pro" upgrade ($120 yearly).

So originally I put this as 4 stars, and I was about to bring it up to 5 stars. However, ever since the new Noisli update, my love of Noisli has diminished. Now there are limits on how much you can stream Noisli and listen to the nature sounds. I liked the random playlists you could save, but those are also vulnerable to the stream limit. I know there has been a lot of work put into Noisli 3.0, and as a long time Noisli user, I was initially excited about the new release. But honestly, I liked the previous version better, where there were features available for free and you don't need to pay $120/year to hear some nature sounds. I'm sorry, but I think I'm going to stop using Noisli. Instead, finding something similar for free will be much easier. Please let me know if there will be any future updates to make Noisli free for all users. It breaks my heart to know that I won't be using Noisli anymore.

Keep getting 500 and 502 errors. Really love this app—when it works! PS I'd pay something for it if it helps to make it more stable.

The concept of Noisli is fantastic but the extension keeps crashing and not working.

The extension keeps stopping (no audio output) in Chrome (on Mac). Restarting Chrome helps solve the issue but it would be great if the dev team can fix this issue :)

It's great but one suggestion I have is to add a shortcut to the text editor (my favourite part of this extension) in the chrome extension itself instead of having to go to the website.

Pleasant UI and good choice of sound loops, which are unfortunately not seamless. Also, over time the frequent prompts to log back in really makes it less usable than ideal. This is a focus-centric app, yet it distracts you with authentication from time to time. It is literally longer to type my username/password than just re-selecting the noise type in the off case where I'd need to use this on a different device, so really there is more harm than benefit in storing settings in a cloud-based account. The app should save the settings locally and be a two-click deal.

Saved combos don't work unfortunately - having to rely on the website instead.

The extension is hard to see because of the white text and teal background. There should be an option to change the background color.

great alternative to listening to music when in public places when i needed to do my work. also great when the room is too quiet

Sound from the extension is less intense and distorted compared to listening from its website.

Edit: Prior issues seems to be resolved. I use it almost daily at this point *DISREGARD* No audio from app, just redirects to website when you want to adjust settings.

Does exactly what it says it does. Also, beautiful interface! To those who say it's not working (anymore): I am using the latest version of Chrome, and it works for me.

Doesn't appear to do anything but redirect to their site and open another browser window. I can do that myself, so going to delete this extension.

Ok but VERY limited sound library. I'd prefer more variety because I use background sounds as an "immersion" tool when I write fiction. Anyway I love the design, very sleek.

It doesn't work. I love Noisli, so can't give it a single star rating, but would be awesome if the developers could fix the extension. If not, opening an additional tab isn't the end of the world.

The extension by itself does not work on a Mac unles I go to the website. I do not understand the point of the extension. Nevertheless, I like Noisly.

I like the addon. but there is one big issue which make me to uninstall this. It uses CPU even when im not playing anything. That's really bad.

It won't silence your wife, nor family or co-workers but has it's uses if you are not the one using it. Happy wankings.

This extension is great! Perfect for listening to while at work. Can have multiple sounds at once and can adjust each one independently .

The extension doesn't worked on chrome. It can be use only on website. Hoping for a fix soon

Really cool app, but unfortunately for me specifically, the sound I was hoping for, violet noise, isn't included. They have white, pink and brown noise, but no violet. Otherwise, good stuff. I haven't used it enough to know how buggy it is/isn't or how resource intensive it is/isn't.

It doesn't work offline. Please Stefano, could you abilitate offline running? Turning Internet connection off can help staying focused. If you add offline functioning, I rate five stars. Thanks for your attention. Greetings from Malmo, Sweden!

Super love!!! So much better than listening to music while working. It helps also when working at a cafe, yet you want something more peaceful and natural than their music :)

sometimes the sound is broken

The extension never worked on my mac. The only way I could use it was going to the website. Nozio gave me way less problems and it's very user firendly

Lots of audio skips when on a weak internet connection. From an extension I'd expect better offline support.

I love this app but recently it has stopped working. It can take a long time to load, or sometimes I'll turn it on and it won't make any noise. I've tried restarting Chrome but it's ineffective. (And yes, my sound is turned on.) I'll up my rating when it's less buggy.

Love the concept, but the chrome extension is too buggy. Timer doesn't work and it won't shut off when I want it to. Glitches abound. Might be my slow internet. Hoping for a fix.

Great. Only wish is that there was a shortcut to mute/un-mute for calls. Mission clicking when switching for audio calls whilst remote working.

It's Brilliant, but it flooded my room :)

Pieces of the combos keep disappearing, I have the Fan and Coffee Shop going and suddenly no Fan, just Coffee Shop.

It's a great app, but unfortunately the Chrome extension keeps using quite a bit of CPU even when it's not running. (It constantly uses ~5% CPU on Chrome Version 63.0.3239.84 (Official Build) (64-bit) on macOS.)

This is brilliant! It works seamlessly with chrome and really allows you to increase productivity. I would recommend it to everyone.

So far, so good. I'd love for a word counter and full screen option to be added! I'd also like to be able to auto-save/back up to One Drive or Google Drive... That would be fantastic!

i do not know how to play the sound or do you do it on the site?

Works flawlessly for me. My only issue is that it uses the same preset for two separate options and I can't get rid of the duplicate.

It sometimes doesn't open when I click the icon (it doesn't respond to double clicks, only single) and when it works, it takes a few seconds to open after being clicked. I've had no problems with crashing so far, and I was able to log in properly.

I like the idea, but whenever I try to log in it keeps telling me I need to enter a valid email address. I have just signed up, so i know which address i used.

It's got bugs to fix! i like using this app but it stops working time and again. And sometimes only some aspects of the sound combo stops working, like the the rain noise will disappear leaving just birds chirping etc.

It's a great app with a pretty cool idea, but chrome keeps crashing every time I click on the icon. I kinda prefer not to crash chrome, especially with all of my schoolwork on it.

Chrome extension doesn't work all the time.

I've always liked the idea of the website, though I always had problems before installing the extension.For example, it would say my email wasn't valid, so I couldn't set up my account and use some of the amazing features, like the timer (which was an amazing idea) and saving sound combinations, which I would have to recreate every time I used the website. It is also easy and convenient to have it in the top right corner of every page, rather than opening a new window when I wanted to tweak settings or whatever. Overall, I would definitely recommend it, and would like to say that on my Chromebook I have not experienced any of the other problems users have been reporting, but I cannot say they do not apply on other devices.

Website only opens about half the time ... otherwise it just gets stuck loading, crashes, or says the website is busy. Also doesn't always work with my VPN.

Crashes half the time for me. I have to restart Chrome to get it to work again.

Whenever I open the extension, half the time it crashes. Please fix this! I love noisli.com, but after multiple reinstalls of the extension, I have the same issue. Once fixed, I'll happily change my review to 5 stars!
