For the most part, this service works. I currently have a paid subscription. I am mostly satisfied with the product. However, sometimes after a meeting, the transcript doesn't load. I often have to click the button to 'recover transcripts' and do the manual work of copy and pasting into a new file I have to create. This is obviously not ideal. Nonetheless, it works most of the time. I always get a little nervous after a meet to see if the transcript will open or not after the call has finished. Tbh, I don't see the necessity of the transcript opening after the call finishes anyway. It would be better if the file were simply saved directly to the Drive Folder upon first speak at the beginning of the meet. This does not happen. I will continue to use the product, as it seems to be the best option now. If other options come around, I may cancel the subscription and go with another service, unless these issues get updated. Overall, it does mostly as advertised, and I appreciate the service. Thanks
