Always disappearing from Gmail Chrome. Never sure if emails have been logged and then have to uninstall and reinstall. Been on to support a few times and it's like as if they have never heard of such an issue...
fantastic extension that actual makes Salesforce bearable to use.
I have to remove from chrome and add to chrome multiple times a day because Cirrus keeps crashing. It's nice when it actually works, but it's annoying to have to remove & add daily in order for it to work.
Cirrus is great when it works, however getting the extension to actually load into gmail has turned into a daily battle. Occasionally it loads successfully when I log into my work computer for the day with no issues, however recently I have to spend time either updating the addon, logging into cirrus insight's website, logging out of my work email and then back in, or completely uninstalling the extension and reinstalling it. Not sure which combination of these things will work on any given day so I'm stuck having to try them all until it actually loads in my inbox again. It shouldn't take this much effort so consistently to get something to work that your licenses and pays for. When it works it is a great tool, however I spend more time trying to get it to work every day than should be required.

Cirrus offers the most robust functionality to connect to Salesforce but there are a lot of bugs. I have also noticed that with some features, like email sync, they built a great product but then stop short of making it awesome. Overall as the admin I have spend an enormous amount of time managing this product with a small team of 45 sales reps. While it is hard to replace due to what it offers it is harder often times to deal with complaints and issues.
Works occasionally. Customer support just asks you to walk through a bunch of outdated FAQ articles. When it works, it's good. More often than not, you'll spend three hours or more a week with support.
It's a very useful tool. I like it's feature for setting up follow-up reminders by bringing back the email to the top of inbox. - I wish you could add a way to manage all of the scheduled for the future reminders under one separate tab in gmail or so (so you could close some in advance when have time/need). However, I often have issues with Cirrus: it logs you out of your Cirrus account which prevents you from doing your work, it sometimes has troubles with syncing with Salesforce which is also very inconvenient.
Have been using for 3 yrs. Mostly great, able to use the Salesforce platform w/o having to work in SF saves a ton of time. Tracking emails is like having a super power. But some persistent bugs syncing contacts and every so often a major feature stops working .... search, tracking, sync. And not sure what the mobile app does?? Bottom line - even w a little frustration its worth 25 bucks/mo
First, I don't use Salesforce, so there may be benefits to this app that I am not able to see. Overall, the interface is quite slick, but there are too many bugs and annoying omissions underlying the snappy looking presentation. Here are my dislikes and bugs: 1. There is no indication in the gmail email list of whether the email is tracked, has been opened, etc., unless you click on the email to view it. 2. There is no way to stop tracking an email once it has been sent as a tracked item. Therefore, all of the tracking reports are cluttered with emails that have already become unimportant. 3. The tracking reports page has a MASSIVE graph at th top which means that you need to scroll down to see the email tracking details every time you open it. 4. The Attach.io attachment management tool that is embedded with Insight also has great potential, looks very slick, but is also amazingly buggy. Though I give kudos for the stylish attachment link design, the option to insert a thumbnail and the option to quiz recipients, there are just too many bugs! The attachment link doesn't allow more than one attachment at a time, or it will rename and replace all links in the email with the name and url of the last one attached. The thumbnail option does allow more than one, but for some reason, it is not always possible to position the attachment link or thumbnail where you would like it to be in the email body. it will only show at the end of the email, after the signature line! Who will look there?? 5. The ONLY way to switch between a textual attachment link and a thumbnail is to open Attach.io and change it in the Account Settings. Why cant there be a simple option when the attachment is loaded? 6. Any email with this type of attachment does not prompt the email to show a paperclip, so the recipient will not always know that the email has an 'attachment' that they should look at. 7. Customer Support has an attitude that smacks of 'oh we know that there is a known bug, but we don't really care. Just carry on paying us. We will let you know." Summary: Not ready. Too buggy. Find something that works better.
Loading chrome on mac with this single add-on activated eats up more of my machine's resources than the entire chrome application itself. Meaning my chrome's RAM and CPU usage are almost double with this add-on activated. Come on Cirrus. Your marketing is all about onboarding Salesforce users because Salesforce has a slow web-app. Your entire value proposition is scale and bringing those millisecond load times to zero. Your add-on causes my gmail on chrome to move at such a slow pace that I've actually become LESS PRODUCTIVE with emails. Fix this or I'm moving all of my companies (4 of them) over to another tool in May.
I use Cirrus every day and it makes logging Salesforce emails very easy, as well as add new contacts to my database. I see some room for improvement in detecting contacts. Sometimes I have to do a powersearch twice for it to return with the correct contact. Also, the ability to link an email to multiple contacts would be great.
i use this constantly at work. the best solution for setting email reminders if nobody responds, and for scheduling appointment with customers.
I've been using Cirrus Insight for almost three years. It really saves me a lot of time creating leads rapidly and helps me follow up with customers. It is very user friendly!

I've been a Cirrus Insight customer for about two years. I have been nothing short of amazed by the seamless flow which it works with Gmail & Salesforce. I haven't found anything that compares to CI and I've looked for two years.

I love that it automatically tracks emails opens and clicks. No need to send receipts anymore. If enabled, it also logs emails as activity which was great when I was in sales. Made life definitely much easier.

We use Cirrus everyday. It saves us from having to go back and forth into SalesForce and we have customized it to make our reporting and database management much easier. I have some trouble with campaigns (no options for typefaces, sizes etc.) and am working on that. They had great new features all of the time.
Everyday that I show up to work, I get excited because I know I can log into my email and use cirrus. It really makes my work so much easier!

This is useful in tracking email communications on Salesforce without having to ever add them yourself. The other two best features are seeing who has opened your email and being able to set up meetings with a click of a button!

Cirrus Insight is amazing! In a previous position, I had to waste time to copy and paste emails into our CRM. With Cirrus, emails are automatically recorded. This feature has saved me so much time and is such a simple process. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants to ensure they are recording all communication.

Cirrus integrates with Salesforce seamlessly. It make the daily tasks of sending emails and checking on correspondence in Salesforce so much faster. The UI is very user friendly. The ability to track email opens and clicks is priceless. Flight Plans give me the automated communication I need for certain deals. I would highly recommend Cirrus to a sales team that is looking to integrate to Salesforce.

Cirrus Insight is a great tool for salespeople. We tested a number of extensions for email tracking and automation purposes, eventually settling on Cirrus.
I love only being a click away in my email to add new contacts, accounts, log a call, set a task. Much better than having to do everything in SalesForce. The only thing I'd want more would be to have the task tab to easily push a task out to a new date or change the subject of the task in the plugin. Besides that it is worth the money!

Use every single day, couldn't imagine my productivity without it.
We have been using this extension as a company for at least a year and it's proved very helpful with communication tracking and coverage policies for staff on vacation. I will say it's been a bit temperamental and sometimes does not always sync or stay synced so we've had some issues with that. But overall, very useful extension to have!
Cirrus Insight saves us a HUGE amount of time in multiple ways. -The document attachments to related records is HUGE and also helps us to minimize hard data. -The calendar feature is fantastic. I never have to worry about using multiple calendars for different business groups. -Email tracking is the finishing touch. That level of visibility is extremely valuable in maintaining tight dead lines.
Cirrus makes is easy to log my emails directly into Salesforce. Such a huge time saver! I also like the tracking feature which allows me to see when my emails have been opened by the recipient. The only issue I have is occasionally Cirrus doesn't detect the correct contact within Salesforce so I have to walk through the custom steps in order to log the email. However, the advantages outweigh the cons.

Cirrus has been so helpful to help save and record the multitude of conversations our staff has with important stakeholders in out networks. Being able to find old communications with important information has been critical to our projects and securing funds. Cirrus integrates seamlessly with our Salesforce system and I rarely run into problems using it.

After trying a number of different platforms, Cirrus insight is the best and most reliable extension I have used when integrating my email with salesforce. Although I have never used Cirrus for any large email campaigns, all the basics you would expect are in place - would highly recommend if you are looking for a strong platform with reliable salesforce integration, ease of use, and a suite of additional tools!
I love this extension! It tells me exactly when my emails have been read, and by who, so I know how to react and sell my products. The installation to Gmail was super easy, and it works right away. Also, if I have ever had any support issues, the responsiveness has been incredible! Highly recommended!

Use Cirrus everyday to sync my Salesforce with it. Love the email tracking and the templates pulling from Salesforce. Usually use the email to salesforce code to log into salesforce as the add to salesforce button doesn't always find the contact. This is a suggestion for Cirrus to get that syncing better. Overall great app and will continue using!

Love how it saves emails in sales force. Being able to jump from email to sales force is also great. So many features I am not utilizing. The appt booking feature is and ability to schedule emails out is very helpful. I do wish same day bookings would not be allowed other than that really really happy with Cirus

We used every featured offered by Cirrus. Love the entire concept and it saves us a TON of time and helps our sales team stay on track with multi-touch follow up programs. There are quite a few bugs, and it does require some frequent refreshing but the pros still out weigh the cons.

I love the integration with Salesforce in helping me update interactions with donors. I also really like the scheduling tool. I don't love that it seems to crash regularly, I have to uninstall it and reinstall. I also HATE that, despite turning it off for my personal gmail account, it ALWAYS loads and I spend stupid amounts of time trying to turn it off.
Great product for easily tracking emails within Salesforce. Very easy to setup and navigate. I also like the ability to create a new SFDC contact and also jump directly into the account from Gmail. Only complaint would be the occasional errors and slow loading times. These are usually fixed with reloading the tab, but do happen quite often.
I love using this to create sales campaigns and track activity on past emails.
Good combination tool for Gmail and Salesforce. My team likes that we can synchronize our emails from Gmail with our Salesforce account. This saves us a lot of time and gives us great visibility into past correspondence with customers. I also like their easy to use email template tool. Great price for the features.

I receive a lot of lead information in my inbox and it saves me a ton of time entering it directly from my inbox into Salesforce.

This extension has been super helpful in letting us track individual donor exchanges and send targeted emails to small campaigns. It's reduced our manual workload with the campaign feature, and provided insights as to who is reading our correspondence, and who is not, with the tracking feature. It can be a bit buggy, but the support I've received has been excellent.
