Only embeds a link and the thumbnail image. Does not play in Gmail. Once clicked redirects to Youtube.
Works great! We use to be able to just paste in a youtube video link in gmail and it would give the thumbnail then Google stopped letting that work in Dec sometimes. Found this extension and it's right on the mark! Excellent extension! It would be awesomer if you can add the ability to populate the Subject line with the video title! Other than that, love the extension!
