I have been using this extension for YEARS now and I love it. Even though I was within the limits for the free version, I gladly paid for the license because I'm happy to show support for people who build things that help me so much. (And let's be honest... I've spent a lot more on things that are a lot less useful.) Now that I'm doing consulting, I consider this tool to be ESSENTIAL. I'm constantly jumping between different orgs for different clients and having everything in one place saves me so much time. And I love that I can store the security tokens in there as well so that, when I need to use data loader or ant or some other tool that requires it, I don't have to dig through my email looking for the most recent token.
Lost all existing logins. No auto backup.
Suddenly my all the logins are disappeared, and do not have a backup as I trusted this tool.
Have been using the plugin for a while now. But today all the saved logins got wiped out for no reason. I haven't even cleaned my chrome's cache in a few weeks.
Good app that I've been using for years. Today I logged into my system and all my logins are gone. I did not dump cache or do anything else to my browser (Chrome). Disappointing!
One issue: On selecting open with new window/incognito, the plugin menu with list of login options still displays. On tab switch to switch between multiple chrome session, this open menu interrupts and need to close the menu manually. Otherwise, it works fine on new tab login.
Love the tool, but PLEASE add these 2 things: 1. Increase the sync storage; at 8k it's practically useless. 2. Add functionality to support teams! Would love to be able to share logins amongst my team. This would make keeping logins up to date super easy. Right now it's a nightmare as we're all running separate copies. I would literally pay $500+ for this software for my team.
Love this extension. One ask is for an issue I have on it. When I'm using my laptop and a bigger 4k monitor as Extended Desktop, if I have Chrome on the secondary screen, the mouse does not line up with the buttons. Meaning that if I mouse over to open a login in a new tab, it's not really going to click that button when I click, so that is off for some reason. I can do a webex with you or something if you'd like.
I love the tool but I HATE!!! the fact I blew 2+ hrs trying to buy it for a 2nd computer and was unable to do so. The guidance is pure rubbish. My wallet is fully functional as I purchased another product from someone else while testing this.
Such a time saver!!
I recently replace my old laptop and when I got my new one, I tried to add force.com extension and it doesn't allow me to add any SF credentials. Please fix this issue.
When you're working for mulitple orgs or you have several sandboxes, plus your own dev orgs, to manage, this tool is invaluable. Should come "out of the box" with salesforce!
I love this tool! It has saved me a lot of time and headaches trying to manage passwords for multiple Salesforce instances as well as various accounts within the same org. It's an Admin's best friend! (well one of them!)
I use this tool daily and it works perfectly. Such a time saver!
A great tool to manage multiple sandboxes for SFDC. Easy to setup, configure, change and manage
Awesome extension for SF users. Latest update of search and enter or shift enter to open SF orgs quickly is really good ad time saving. Love it! Also, bought the licensed version, it's very reasonable. Kudos.
Really nice!!!
Loved it before, but now it doesn't work since the 3/29 update.
Used to love but now hate. I wouldn't pay subscription based extension just to save passwords. I used the free version of lastpass now.
I use this tool daily and it adds incredible value to my work day!!
Best $2.99 per year EVER!!! LOVE THIS extension. Couldn't live without. Nothing in life is for free
This is by far the best SFDC extension I've ever used! It is well worth the $3/year.
If the tool is so important and so great isn't it worth paying for. I had no problem discovering the price. I clicked through to pay and it showed text that said I would pay $3 per year starting January 14th. We should all feel greatful to have had it free for so long. This tool has been the best SFDC extention and I could not live without it.
paid roll out without notice and no way of knowing what the cost is now.....was a 5 star till this happened!!!
Annoying it is now a paid license. I still can;t use it and I only have 5 accounts. It says you get 10 for free. Ridiculous.
Good add-on ruined by the addition of the pricing plan with no information or advanced warning. LastPass does essentially what this does, for free, so I suppose I'll go over to that. It's not quite as user-friendly for multiple accounts, but this was nice while it lasted. Uninstalling.
The paid license would be fine if we hadn't been already using this tool for a very long time and relying on it for storing dozens and dozens of credentials. Now that the free version is limited to 10 licenses I'll be looking elsewhere.
Loved it until the paid license roll out was botched. Not putting my credit card information in without knowing the price and who is charging for the service. Will likely look for an alternative.
I can't believe that the extension is suddenly a paid license with absolutely no forewarning - and no where can I find the license price. By following the link to "pay" for the license - I get to a place to put in my credit card - but again, no indication of the price. This is an useful tool for those with multiple SFDC Orgs to support - and I think it's worth paying a little for the convenience.
Would have been 5 stars until they suddenly decided to add a "Paid" version after what must have been 5+ years of almost no feature improvements or support. I get it's their product, they can charge whatever they want, but deciding to limit previously available features after 4-5 years of no noticeable changes or upgrades is an absolute gouge.
Use it every hour of every working day, great app and a lifesaver when dealing with multiple Salesforce orgs.
Been using for over a year. Wonderful app.
it does what it was intended to do
Works great!
This tool is very helpful at keeping instances and passwords organized.
must have to salesforce admins/developers who work on / support multiple instances. works well with multiple chrome identities...that way you can work on different salesforce instance from chrome.
Good app to keep track of salesforce logins
Couldn't live without this extension. I have multiple Orgs / Sandboxes and this makes my life so much easier.
excellent extension, saves loads of time to figuring out logins and taking action.
Its better to have this rather than Manual Login for different SBs
Really cool app, probably my favorite chrome salesforce plugin.
It's a nice tool to remember salesforce credentials
Couldn't live without this!
Very useful!
great job...
It's something i have been looking around for sometime. it's great extension to improve productivity since i keep logging into more than 6 environments any given day.
This add-on is extremely insecure; it saves your passwords as plain text and sends it as plain text in the URL.
good tool!
Though the description says that the new tab function uses POST, I still see my username and password in the URL as if it is using GET. Uninstalling until this is secured.
LOVE IT. BEST EXTENSION FOR BUSY DEVELOPERS. PRABHAN
Highly recommend to anyone that has to login to more than a handful of salesforce instances (I sometimes have to manage 50, sandboxes included) ... saves me so much time ... really appreciate it, thanks
As Peppe said, the appearance of password in the URL has been a problem. When using tabs, this plugin is passing parameters through GET method instead of POST Is there any workaround?
best. plugin. ever.
This tool is very helpful!
keka
Great tool, must have, one click and log in. Great when moving from one org to another.
Makes life easy with lots of logins. We have 30+ and growing. Thanks for the free app! Don't look a gift horse in the mouth? One request is to easily change the page layout of the logins based on most used. It clunky and slow to move a new login to the top.
Great time saver.
Not working for me. I've double and triple checked my login info and the security tokens, but not a single one of my five accounts is working. And I can log into all my accounts fine via web browser. This would be a great time saver if I could get it to work. Some help?
It doesn't work suddenly, no selection menu pops up any more. what's wrong?
Most of my usernames are more than 45 characters long. I have no issues logging in directly to Salesforce with these details, yet this extension tells me that my username cannot exceed 45 characters...
Amazing App for salesforce users. However might raise a few security concerns but I can live with that :)
Its a great app and has helped in maintaining the login credentials for SFDC. Only one point needs to be managed that users defined with same username on sandbox and production should be allowed to be saved. Currently it overrides the user information and moves it under the newly added org.
Should really support link add on to account in google so not to lose any login info if computer crashes or is formated and forgot to export login info.
Really like the extension BUT not working well on Chrome Canary with Retina display.
Best tool for a bionic admin like myself!
Thanks for this great extension! One suggestion I have is the ability to open tab or window in "Incognito" mode. Sometimes we need to log in to multiple instances at the same time and go back and forth. You can do this in incognito mode.
Great extension that I use frequently ~ BUT credentials are not safe! It needs to be more secure! We are talking about login credentials after all. Even though they are stored in the extension localStorage, they ARE NOT encrypted, they are stored in plain text! So until they are encrypted, I make the following BEST PRACTICE recommendations: 1 - Never include the Security Token 2 - Never use it for Production credentials 3 - Let the developer know you want encrypted credentials
It would be awesome if this would work with incognito mode (Hint, hint)
