I'd love to give this a 5 star rating; this extension would be very useful if it worked for more than a few days. But this on-again, off-again nonsense is just a waste of time. Why would anyone upgrade to the Premium version when it routinely fails?
As a premium paid member the service is no longer working and I cannot recommend it. I have sent multiple emails to the developer but no replies. I signed up over 2 years ago, and as of Jan 2023 since I last tried to use it it has not worked. Too bad it was a great tool when it did work.
Dear Devoloper, You have to RESPOND TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. As many people have noted, the paid version (at least) stops working for long periods of time. And you need to find some permanent solution for the frequent and lengthy downtimes. This review would be a five instead of a three if your product was reliable but, as many reviews have agreed, is simply is not
