It works better than some others. But still has that annoyance that it won't stay open so I have to "catch it" right on time, which can be hard depending on the site UI and length of clip.

Sometimes works, other time doesn't. Btw, does anyone know how to make this one removed from the "access required list" that is way down the extension list? Or is it the from the side of extension itself and I can't do anything about it? I don't want to pin it but I'd like it if it was at the top of the list. Edit: They fixed the problem.
doesnt save settings despite saying it, so im stuck with 5s recordings, and doesnt find a lot of songs either

It actually worked. No other software or website could find the song, but this extension recognised it through the loud background noises. Abolutely recommended!
Simply barely works, and why is it always on gay pride mode? not that that's an issue or anything, but some nice design would look nice... even if it can only pick up if you play the audio for a minute straight and if you click off it just stops. It's too inconvinient.

Finally found the name of the song that was driving me crazy.
Only helped me find certain songs I weren't familiar, but doesn't help me find the other songs that I find hard to remember. Example: the song on a Dell XPS commercial, unidentified.

This is all I get on every attempt: "Couldn't recognize this song. Try again?".

Doesn't work. It doesn't find the song, and, it doesn't even say it can't find it. it just "searches" until the cows come home.
App is incapable of detecting music in the background of videos

YES. Exactly what I need in my life.
Best API I found so far. It's a bit pricey on the api tokens but pretty nice. There are times when the API breaks like 2 days ago when it came up with MYSQLI errors. But besides those and the prices on the api_keys it's quick and amazing.
Only used it for one twitch VOD since I wanted to know the song. Tried another more popular extension and it was unable to get any results. Although I only used it for less than a minute, it worked flawlessly and detected pretty quickly. Will use this again if I need it. Thanks.
Often inaccurate results (with instrumental Jazz specifically in a few instances). Doesn't always tell you if it can't find a song, even though it appears to still be searching... even though it isn't.
