This app is essential for anyone interested in emotional learning and/or mental health. It's also my favorite way to watch TV! ThinkHuman uses your favorite shows to help build an understanding of how emotions work and how we can become more emotionally competent. It's a super fun program that allows you to feel good about spending a couple of hours watching TV! I would highly recommend!

Captivating design for a valuable and necessary ambition–to teach people of all ages the value of fluency in emotional literacy. ThinkHuman serves this purpose with flying colors, seamlessly merging into my daily Netflix dose, yet allowing me feel SO much more productive. The course allows for even further enjoyment of the available shows, especially those I have previously watched, as thinking through characters actions and motives enlighten me with new perspectives. Can't wait to see what else is in store!!
