Extremely useful.
Can't get the font sizes to work properly when inserting saved emails that are read on mobile devices. For example, if I insert a saved email from Briskine into Gmail, it does take on the system font size when viewed on a desktop. But when the same email is viewed on mobile, the displayed font size is tiny and is way smaller than the displayed system font size. I have tried upping the font size to 112% to compensate but that doesn't work properly either. It increase the font size of bullet point content proportionally much more than text in paragraph form. It looks really odd and unprofessional within the email. The only way around this is to insert and email, stripe out all the formatting and manually reformat every single email.
JOHNNY FROM THEIR SUPPORT WAS AMAZING!!!! I initially had an issue upon installing, easy to find contact page, and JOHNNY was on it. He didn't just chalk it up to user error. He communicated with me in a way that you don't have to be an email expert to understand. He resolved my issue within hours and provided a full update less than 24hrs later. As for Briskine itself, it's an amazing add-on that simplifies my day which consists of emailing a ton of clients. Kudos to Briskine and Johnny for an amazing product and support
