Extremely useful.

Can't get the font sizes to work properly when inserting saved emails that are read on mobile devices. For example, if I insert a saved email from Briskine into Gmail, it does take on the system font size when viewed on a desktop. But when the same email is viewed on mobile, the displayed font size is tiny and is way smaller than the displayed system font size. I have tried upping the font size to 112% to compensate but that doesn't work properly either. It increase the font size of bullet point content proportionally much more than text in paragraph form. It looks really odd and unprofessional within the email. The only way around this is to insert and email, stripe out all the formatting and manually reformat every single email.

JOHNNY FROM THEIR SUPPORT WAS AMAZING!!!! I initially had an issue upon installing, easy to find contact page, and JOHNNY was on it. He didn't just chalk it up to user error. He communicated with me in a way that you don't have to be an email expert to understand. He resolved my issue within hours and provided a full update less than 24hrs later. As for Briskine itself, it's an amazing add-on that simplifies my day which consists of emailing a ton of clients. Kudos to Briskine and Johnny for an amazing product and support

Briskine is the most convenient ext ever. You can use it not only in email body but also in messengers wich is awesome, works for whatsapp too, just press CTRL+space bar in essage field! Thank you

Briskine is easy to use and allows you to set up well formatted text that can be easily inserted into any email on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. As a career counselor who writes lengthy emails with lots of info for my clients, Briskine has saved me heaps of time and effort! Saves us a ton of time replying to emails, great features for adding attachments etc., and one of the best customer service departments I've seen. Always prompt, polite, and useful. Worth the subscription!

Overall good but a bit frustrating to use (not intuitive) and buggy in Gmail, which is where I use it most. In Gmail, Briskine is often laggy and sometimes fails completely, the search was working until recently but has now become obsolete (doesn't bring up the right templates, gives different results to the Chrome app, making it worse than useless - confusing and misleading), using Keyboard Shortcut was working correctly until recently but now when I click tab (if it works at all) instead of inserting the template where the cursor is it inserts it at the beginning of the email, which is not good. I hope the Briskine team can fix these old and new bugs soon!

This is by far the best extension on the Chrome Web Store as far as work productivity is concerned. I have to write many similar emails every day with only minor variations and this extension has been invaluable in making for more efficient workdays and getting more done.

Love Briskine, this is a must for people that are sending out or replying to marketing emails, I'm really not sure how much time this has saved me apart from having to actually write and rewrite the same email over and over again, I get a standard reply to my enquiry and I can give a standard reply with my details without having to sit and write a different email for every enquiry.

It's very useful, it requires a little bit of patience to learn its particularities correctly and sometimes has bugs (for instance variables not working properly). Keep improving it!

Briskine has kinda changed my life, and I'm not exaggerating. I tend to write thoughtful, personal emails to potential customers, and they take an eternity sometimes. Just having a bunch of ready-to-use email templates makes everything sooooooooooo much faster and easier. I don't know how much time the templates have saved me in the 2+ years I've been using them, but I'm guessing that it's a few hundred hours by now. And that's just with the free version. I'm tempted to get a paying subscription not because I need it, but just out of gratitude. Thank you for a great product.

This is an ideal tool for me as it saves a lot of typing. Wish it worked with my Zoho CRM EMail composer.

Newbie I have been looking for a program that can help me serve my clients and maximize my time when sending out the same email every month. I have set up my templates, which was very simple to complete. I am looking forward to linking this to my Yahoo (Outlook) as this is where I work at this time. This extension is amazing! Must have. I am constantly writing emails everyday to a plethora of people and having these templates saved, saves me a lot of time!

I have tones of email templates and I keep updating them. The built-in gmail templates are nice, but become hard to use beyond a few (you can't sort, search them). Briskine to the rescue. Super easy to use, can easily edit / search / use. Lovin' it.

I love this app so much. It really increases my productivity by ten folds. There is a glitch lately with logging in and connecting it to Gmail. I'm not sure what's going on, but hopefully they fix this ASAP. It hasn't been functioning well for me today, but I've had 0 issues before this.

I've been using it daily for the past couple of months, and it's a real time-saver! The only drawback is that free versions are limited to 30 shortcuts, but I've found my own ways to work with that.

This is quite good. A lot of other extensions do templates as well, but they often throw much more into the mix and do them all adequately. This template extension does one thing and does it extremely well.

Great extension, i use it on a daily basis! had a slight compatibility issue with Linkedin a couple of weeks ago due to an update, and the customer service team fixed it very quickly.

Absolutely loved Gorgias templates. Worked flawlessly. Only drawback was that it was only save per computer...not account-wide. Briskine seems to have fixed that but the template editing won't load. I created 3 templates and now I can't access them to edit them nor can I create a new one...Hopefully this is just a temporary issue.

Doesn't work well. Inline images don't appear correctly. Templatius is a better option with unlimited free templates. It also doesn't slow down my browser as Gorgias does. This was worth a try, but doesn't come close to the competition :(

Can't edit templates - just presents me with a white blank box - can't do anything with it - disappointing...

This extension is awesome! I am a property manager and I type the same emails, phrases and addresses hundreds of times a day. Using Gorgias saves me time and makes my work less repetitive. I recently complained to the developers about entries jumping down a line and they responded and gave me a code trick to fix it. I thought it was going to be over my head, but I was able to do it and it worked! Best use of my $ in a long time. Thanks!

Greedy developers deleted all my templates just to persuade me to register, and when I do nothin happen, I lose all my templates created few years. Delete this and newer back. Hope developers will never have more serious projects, and just work on small chrome extention which nobody will use.

The most useful templates utility I have seen, easily called up with a shortcut whenever you need it. A handy HTML editor, and you can include the subject line in the template. Using tags you can quickly sort through your template if you have many. I would have liked to see an option to organize the templates in folders and an RTL option in the editor.

Still free and useful. Having had to sign in more regularly recently, this was an inadvertent improvement as the same templates are now available on different PC's, so presumably now stored on the cloud. However this morning I logged in to be informed the subscription was out of date and I couldn't find the templates. But thankfully my old templates were still there, found under 'ALL' rather than the more obvious 'shared' and 'private' templates.

I used to love it and use it daily. Now, all my templates are gone and it tells me to login. None of my e-mail addresses are known to Gorgias, so I can't access my account, if I ever had one, I don't know.

This used to be my favorite extension but it KEEPS CRASHING and i lose all of my templated. This has happened multiple times. Once the crashing issue is fixed I will change my rating to 5 stars.

Gorgias works great... except it keeps losing my templates (3 times now!). I exported them but there is no way to re-import them. I see the developer suggests paying for the app to import the templates. I have no problem paying for the app, but not if it's going to get disabled now and then, and ends up costing more time than it saves. I'll monitor it and if it remains stable and I can import my templates, I'll pay for it and change the rating. In any case: thanks to the developer for a great app, I wish it were more stable.

This used to me my favourite extension. Recently it keeps asking me to repair the extension, and every time I do that, all my preset templates are wiped out. Very disappointing, instead of saving time, I ended wasting a lot more time to reset the templates. I'm not sure this is caused by Chrome or a lousy tactic to make me pay for the service. Either way I have decided to remove it for good.

The office I work for uses this app on a daily basis and A LOT - however, we have been noticing that the extension keeps disabling itself. Then we have to goole - Gorgias Google Extension - and enable it again. We are a law office and time is of the essence. Having to continuously "enable" gorgias is becoming a bit of a concern. We love love love this app and would really appreciate it if this bug could be fixed. Thank you!

At first, this extension is ideal for having multiple email templates available at a single click. I liked that I can customize the message body, subject line, etc. all with one little click of the G in the corner of my email. HOWEVER. TWICE I have lost ALL of my saved templates due to "the extension may be corrupt" and the repair option deleted everything. I didn't do anything different from one email to the next, so not sure why all of a sudden it stopped working. This was so frustrating as I had to start all over and recreate all of the email templates (in my case, this was for multiple emails that had varying levels of information, etc. for different clients)... so rather complex. Lesson learned, keep a document somewhere with everything typed and not just created within Gorgias.

An incredibly useful extension for organizing emails... until it breaks. I'm running into repeating issues where Chrome reports that the extension 'may have been corrupted', and clicking repair cleared all my email templates. I figured it was a fluke the first time, but the error occurred again about a month later. I was able to maybe work around the issue by re-enabling it from the Chrome Web Store, but it's concerning. Would rate higher if this was resolved. Using iOS.

Love the app 100% -- but taking a star away because you lose all saved templates when you reinstall Chrome or your computer (unless you pay $100 a year).

If you want to move your personal templates to another extension do not export to XLS as there is no import just copy G:\Users\{USER}\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Local Extension Settings\{GORGIAS ID folder} from one computer to another. Close Chrome before doing so, start and you will get your templates on another computer. 4 stars due to a missing simple Import function to compliment export function.

HUGE time saver for us - the UX is not very slick but it is functional. Would be great if further development was evident as it hasn't changed much in the two years we have had a paid account with them. That said - we couldn't live without it!

This app used to work flawlessly. I have a team of 4 members, and have the paid version to share templates. As of a few weeks, any new templates created are no longer shared, and all members constantly get logged out automatically. Is this being looked at?

I think this extension couldn't be any better. It's just perfect in every way, and I'm a critical person and software developer. The UI is intuitive, and it just takes a word and Tab to expand a template. Thanks so much you for all the time saved!

Many things about this is absolutely awesome, but why oh why can't you modify font size and spacing between lines? Feels like such a basic thing, and when the template settings in these areas are different than the Gmail standard it becomes really messy to make emails look good

Not useful at all as it automatically adds space after a new line and there is no option to disable this behavior.

Deleting it because I find it unacceptable that you have only a blacklist and not a white-list, thus forcing me to have this extension run everywhere. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

Maybe I'm just stupid but nowhere is there any information as to how you actually create, save and use a template ???
