Sooooo useful for anyone using Dialpad making outbound calls! Works great for me all the time, but if it doesn't for you, just check with your internal IT resources or Dialpad support, it's most likely a permissions/security setting on your computer/network causing the issue.

It doesn't work, when you click "Launch CTI" nothing happens

For some reason I can't get the CTI to open even after clicking the button that says "Open CTI".
