Not able to save profile.

I fell in love with this extension and have been using it religiously whenever need arises. Unfortunately, as of late I'm unable to save settings for a site or create profiles or use the extension at all :( It is devastating please fix it back up :((

Cannot set profiles. The settings in the option menu only allows for dark mode on the panel, upsettingly enough.

simply enables me to adjust the font, size and height of the text along with the color and background color for a clear view within the screen, which is not possible when been zooming out and in ,where there is a constant requirement of moving the screen to read any article. Thanks to Alpha text.

It really helped a lot to read online documentation.

sooo great. i run into a lot of websites that are hard to read becouse the tekst is too small or the background is too bright but this makes everything much better.

Really like this. But it is obvious this is an old extension that possibly hasn't been updated in awhile. I appreciate that their 'Help' section is very detailed on how to use it. Many extensions don't offer instructions. So I appreciate that about this one. With that said, the interface is a bit crud, probably because it hasn't been updated in a bit. There are other extensions I will use to quickly make a page readable. Those other extensions, like "Reader View" are more intuitive, easier to use, and look cleaner. But I'm still keeping this extension as there are times when it is the best option. Overall, I really appreciate the developer providing this, and that it is free. Thank you!

Alpha Text has rescued my eyes. I love how we can save font and size as profiles. And save these profiles to any site. I love that we have the ability to change the background and text colors. Dark grey background paired with off-white text has been a life-saver! Thank you!

Its really really wonderful. But little upgraddation are needed to be done, like changing font in the base site should also reflect in other subsequent sites which i opens from base site .

I love this extension. This extension makes my boring research to be fun. You can change color of text or background, and even multiple types of font! Plus, if your eyes feels tired because of the screen brightness, you can change whatever website to dark mode. 5 star ratings isn't enough, there should be 7 star! Highly recommended for those who doesn't want to be boring :D

I really like this extension! It has nearly everything I wanted... I wonder if possible if you can add a "justify" alignment option... and the "Consolas" font. Other than those things, this extension is great!

i love alpahtext. super simple and easy to customize literally anything! i'm completely satisfied and plan to use this for the rest of online school.

This extensions has made reading much better and more enjoyable before. On some of the sites I read literature on, because of the text and background colour, I would have to strain my eyes to read. After using Alphatext, I no longer have to strain my eyes, allowing me to read without hurting my eyes.

Excellent tool that is easy to use and works properly on all but a few web sites. Too bad it is not compatible with Opera even with the Chrome Extension enabler installed.

Does great job of single click background and font changes ... saves my eyes after hours of reading.

Although it does make some changes that are improvements, it just doesn't fix everything - And I often find that increasing the text size affects so much at once, that what was previously two or three frames of info side by side becomes 1 long row of frames.... resulting in the part I was trying to read moving from the right margin to 70% down the page. Obviously due to padding & size settings within these frames. What would be Ideal would be to first select an area of the text that is difficult to read, and then click on the extension button, where the option to adjust just the similarly formatted text of that section/frame OR All text similarly formatted. that way when the heading is in bold and an agreeable font and size, but the body is unreadable you don't have to also affect the size and formatting of the page everywhere..

Could be 5 stars if dev provided a way to be reached. I want to make a profile in which I enlarge the text and set 1.2 line spacing and I would like this to be a permanent profile. But it seems I HAVE TO? choose a font rather than use the site font? Lots of potential

Perfect for making every web page readable. The only addition I would like is if I could also bold text.

Best of this class. Easiest to use, permits more combinations than most others. Color-coded control interfaces are cool. Wish "quick control" and "options" panels themselves enlarged with control-plus. Changes I'd like: - Larger font -- 32 is when things *start* to be legible - Bold font -- Supplied fonts don't provide enough contrast - saving BG and txt colors in profile, or at least having that choice stick until changed again

Trying this out for my Dad with vision loss. Its great and easy to use but one simple option I can't seem to find is the ability to bold text. Would be perfect otherwise

Works fast and efficient. I can save multiple formats, and change with a click.

This works well but doesn't have all the features that I was looking for. However the format of it is perfect so I was wondering if it's possible to add a 'change case' option as well? I have a hard time reading all caps.

Works well. Not sure if it can automatically apply a profile to all pages, which is something I would like.

A great tool especially since web designers have been reducing contrast on web sites for a while now. Some are very hard to read. The only issue I have is that recent updates now work very slowly. I click the extension icon and then wait a while for it to display.

Optimize color removes my easy to read custom background color and replaces it with burning white. It's nice that it seems to get rid of the terrible grey text, stuff is still unreadable for me. Can you let us configure background color? Or just let us have choices for text colors? Link colors, etc? Or something?

Too complicated. Couldn't figure it out. This should be painfully simple -- click, boom. Just the text and relevant images, in a reader-friendly format without jumps or sidebars. Instead there are menus, and options, and a bunch of stuff you have to fiddle with; and I still couldn't get it to work.

This is an amazing extension! This definitely helps when I'm reading websites with hard-to-read/annoying fonts.

This is exactly what I have been looking for. Very often, I found myself need a larger font when viewing certain websites. I had to go to Settings to use "Zoom" feature all the time, which is very hassle. With this nice AlphaText extension, I can set the font size and family for different websites that I visit everyday, and I don't have to change them every time. Thanks!!!
