broken? Literally doesnt do anything and theres no way to configure it. The addon button is greyed out. Dev should fix this ASAP and I'll update my review

Needs to be updated. YouTube now shows the published date (and view count) for most videos in the sidebar, and with this extension enabled, the date is just duplicated--for example, "1 year ago ¶ 1 year ago." For recommended videos, however, YouTube replaces the published date and view count with the text "Recommended for you." For these videos, this extension adds a new line with the video's full name followed by "ago," so you end up with "Recommended for you ¶ My New Puppy ago." If this extension could show published date (and view count?) for recommended videos, that would be awesome. In the meantime, however, it's just not working. _____ Original review: I'd been wanting this feature for so long! Great extension, and it seems to be working perfectly in most places. Playlist pages (https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=[playlist id]) do not seem to be supported--I'd love to see them added. That would make this 5* for me.

great extension except instead of the time since upload showing on the video in the recommended column, it shows the title again https://i.imgur.com/tv7Cils.jpg . this doesn't seem to happen on the homepage https://i.imgur.com/Raq6swi.jpg . might be to do with youtube's new layout update. hopefully this is something fixable

This used to work amazingly. A total must-have. Now it doesn't work at all. I cant find another extension to take it's place and I didn't realize how dependent I was on this!

It's always been strange to me that upload dates don't show up automatically in the sidebar on YouTube. When this extension works, it's incredibly useful and I love it.Thanks for your work in developing this. Please fix it as soon as you can!
Hello Dev, this works great with the Vivaldi browser. Wish you would port this to Firefox, Chrome store Foxified doesn't work....

It is not working. However, reading through the reviews I appreciate your customer service and attempts at fixing the extension any time a user faced an issue. Please fix soon, this is an amazing and helpful idea.
Doesn't work and by the comments and recent reviews it hasn't for a while now. I'd gladly rate this higher if it works as this is the exact extension that would make youtube so much better.

It seems to work for everyone besides me. I have chrome 63.0.3239.84 and windows 10, 64 bits, and a core i5 6600. I hope I can get some assistance or other for this to work for me. I would love to have this since it is so difficult to tell if a video is relevant without the upload date. Please feel free to contact me dev team, i will help you help me in anyway possible.

Excellent - when working... Should have been part of the YouTube by default! Perhaps YouTube for some reason actually do not want the display of dates in the sidebar to work?
It's not working. But I appreciated you came up with one of most needed feature. Please Fix this, I think new YouTube UI is causing problems or maybe, it's MAYBE, my other youtube extensions wiz: Ratings Preview, HearBeat, Magic Actions for Youtube are causing probelms???

I definitely needed this, but could I have the option to see the actual day a video was published instead of how many days ago it was published? Or is that a change to YouTube?

Can you also make this to be all over the website and not just in the sidebar? :) Recently YouTube changed it up and you just get how many views and not the date.. I'd also like it to just show the date without the prefix "Published on" or "Uploaded on" :)
Just what I was looking for. A suggestion would be to change the design so that it only shows the date (and not published/uploaded on) to the right of the view counter but I see how that could be problematic.
