Does not inspect elements within an iframe. Other than than it is a useful tool.

Probably some of the most useful stuff in the Chrome Web Store.

How do you view elements that reside under the CSS Panel (that floats over the page)? I could not figure that out and that defeats the purpose. That was a bummer other than the page reloads every time you close the panel. Not ideal, when you are signed in in a product.

This extension is cool, but when I click close extension panel site its reload please fix it.

Whenever I try to close the window of this extension it reloads my web page. Other than this, the extension is really usefull.

It's a great extension. I think the only cool addition would maybe to allow for a modifier key so we could navigate to another page without turning the extension off and back on.

Best Extension to have for CSS debugging, My only complaints is that it is having a white background on github.com and also it refreshes the page after closing. also having a darkmode would be a killer feature

Rare awesome extension!

Absolutely love this. Breaks down a website in a clear way, shows the CSS on fonts, images, divs, etc. Lets you extract images out of the website. Recommend it to any other designer or developer out there.

Great design info and very cleanly presented. One thing I really to see is the HTML element. For example is this text an H1 or H2. I would love to see this feature added.

Have tried so many of these css extensions but I always come back to CSS Peeper. Faster & better experience than using inspect element.

Love this tool. It makes my design check process so effortless. I also agree that it would be nice to press 'esc' and go back to the the page that you're checking.

Great Tool overall only downside is that it refreshes the page on closing the tool. please fix that.

This is exceptional! debugging/planning/designing styles has never been this easy.

I must be missing something as all it shows is the font info and background color. Nothing about borders or images. F11 works so much better.

The usefulness of this is top notch. Just one thing, I would like to report is that on my 14.1 inch laptop( 1280*720) when I click on the css peeper the bottom tab where I can switch between Style, colours, assets is getting cut off the screen and I cannot view it. Can you please fix this awesome extension?

Great interface, very easy to use.

Perfect for migrating an existing website design to a new CMS or Web App. My client wants to make the move from wix to WordPress but wants it to look the exact same. This Helps a LOT.

Please give the option to see the font weight. It would be very helpful, along with the ability to not refresh the page when we close the Inspector

Great tool, but it does not show you which style is clearly on which element. For example it was giving me the opacity used on the page and it came up as a list and I have no idea which opacity applies to which element. Please will you fix this. Thank you.

This is an EXTREMELY useful tool. I own a graphic design agency and have all my designers making sure they installed it in Chrome because we often find ourselves needing to match branding for our customers.

Great tool, I love interface and the information it shows you. The only downside is once you close the tool it refreshes the page which makes you lose your position if you scrolled down a long page. Would be cool if the developers updated this functionality that lets you continue where you left off.

I loved it at first, but when you close the pop-up, the page you're on refreshes. This is EXTREMELY annoying. Will remove CSS Peeper from my Chrome and find alternative extensions instead.

It's missing one star because no option for vertical resize. Once open, on my laptop, the window doesn't fit and seems that there is no way to resize it.

Good tool, but it would be nice if I could: -Press Esc. to dismiss the CSS Peeper overlay -Use a key modifier (i.e. Option on the Mac) to bypass CSS Peeper and interact with the web page normally, but without closing the CSS Peeper overlay

Awesome tool!

It's great, but I think it's a huge problem that when you close the pop-up, the page you're on refreshes. No other pop-up extension I have does that. It's a pain to lose any data you may have had on the page.

Must have extension for any designer and developer. Clean UI to use. Highly Recommended.

Beautiful design & animations and useful for extracting style and colors. THe one thing I noticed missing is it does not detect page CSS embedded within <style> tags. See cssnext.io for example. It's not catching any of the gradient colors.

I like it, but it'd be nice if it didn't refresh the page when you exit the extension popup. Also, I know it's for designers, but it would be helpful to have an edit option. I know I'd find it helpful.

Really handy, however missed a few font references, be good if it dug a little deeper into the font styles

Nice extension, but as a front end developer this is not a very useful tool. I can't edit anything. This tool will be better suited for an Digital Art Director than a developer.

Really really cool chrome extension, the design is super intuitive too.

Overall, I really love this. As a designer, it is so much easier to find an element and its styles on a page than it is with the built in "inspect element" tool. Unless I am doing it wrong, it would be nice if this actually allowed you to edit the page like inspect element does. That way I could see what changes need made on the backend of the site.

I can tell it would be awesome but when I try to use it, it reloads the page and I can't see the pop-up. Would love to be able to use it!

Awesome tool. I have an issue with the height though it goes past my browser height and I can't seem to access the bottom buttons and I can't seem to change the size of it.

Very well done. A couple nitpicks: - Closing the popup refreshes the current page. (I would prefer that it not do this.) - Inspector shows color and background color, but does not show color gradient.

This is such a great little tool to have. You don't have to sift through the developer view to see attributes any more. The design is well-done as well. Totally recommended this to other designers!

It's pretty awesome, easy access to color swatches and image assets are great....it's definitely worth adding.

As a designer and developer who's SUPER critical of most work, I must say... this was beautifully done! Have only used it for an hour but so far, it's exceeded my expectations. Thanks for making this!

So far, so good! Love the clean, simple design of this extension. I'll be trying it out on some different sites over the next week or so to see how it performs, but in my initial tests it does well surfacing information critical for design assessments.
