Exceptional screen shot tool ... I don't think there is anything better!

I've been using this for some time now. The thing I like about is that you can screenshot the entire image by scrolling down the page. The capture area moves with it, so that you don't get part of the image cut off, as happens when doing so with other, similar programs. I'm delighted with this particular feature of it.

Fireshot is my strong recommendation for screen captures, particularly to capture the entire page all the way down. I have used it for over 10 years and think it is an excellent tool.

This has been the easiest "screen" shot app I have tried. I highlited "screen" because it does for more than just screen shot a whole page. Very powerful options. Quick and easy to use.

Fireshot is amazing--it helps me capture web pages as text-searchable pdfs, and it captures them the way they appear, instead of weird formatting (you know how you can go to print a page and it suddenly looks super weird? Not with FireShot!). I use this extension ALL the time, highly recommend.

Excellent extension that is incredibly helpful. I love their "capture the entire webpage" feature which translates the webpage into a page by page pdf almost immedietly.

Please fix the extension. It no longer works in Incognito mode. Its not my browser, as I have uninstalled the extension several times. Please fix asap.

Very useful, and the developers keep improving it. Sometimes it doesn't actually select what you want especially if you have zoomed in or out of a page before selecting, but it is still unparalleled in doing what it does.

My most used extension... ever. I only wish I could control the resolution of the screenshot... like using non-retina level pixels so that screenshots are less cumbersome to paste into Figma.

I wish I knew of this extension years ago, it's so so so helpful. I used to take multiple screenshots and then stitch them together wasting valuable time. This tool is a huge time saver and simple to use. Thanks for all the work put into making this available.

Latest version not working in incognito mode anymore is a problem for productive usage. Bought the license hoping that it would solve it. Over 80% of screens I take are from web development QA with incognito windows. EDIT: Developer confirmed they are already working on a fix.

Fireshot works wonderfully. However, in the recent update, capture entire page does not work on Google Incognito anymore. Otherwise, I would have rated it as 5-Stars.

Claims to capture an entire page but doesn't at all - it will only ever capture what is visible and not what can be scrolled to, up or down the page.

It has been fine but last few days it stopped working in incognito tab in Chrome. It goes through the motion but the save page never showing up (extension option setting checked and are correct), and hence unable to save screenshot.

I've used Fireshot for years in all my browsers. It's part of my life! I love it!

Unlike many similar extensions and apps, FireShot does what it says it will! I enjoy writing reviews with screen shots and even referencing video stills for my artwork. FireShot works perfectly (and it's simple!).

After years of using Fireshot, this morning Fireshot asked me to install standalone version and without installing the standalone version, it refuses to work. I quickly installed another similar extension and worked just fine without the needs of installing an outside program that is not governed by Google. Sorry to say this, but fireshot, you have to go.

I use this every freaking day. I tell my coworkers to use this. Adobe can suck it. This is better.

I had to take screenshots of different pages to recreate a test to study next year, doing it manually on my macbook pro was taking ages, with this I just hit cmd+shift+Y and I have the whole web page in a screenshot. Before I was spending 25 minutes every test, now only 3 minutes! Life and time saver. **UPDATE: Now they have OCR so it recognizes the text when it exports to PDF, even better!

I've been using this extension for some time. I couldn't live without it, which I hope I never have to do! The interface is simple, yet powerful. I normally use the 'selection' for my captures and it will take multiple pages worth of capture. Pay attention to what you save as. I've mistakenly hit image when I wanted a doc. And being able to print right away is very helpful, especially if you don't need to save as a file. But you can to both if you want to.

COMPLETE GARBAGE. I bought the pro version and now it won't save a page as a PDF. No support options in the app either. Complete waste of money.

The new update appears to have taken away the scrolling screenshot option and made it a pro feature. Being able to take a scrolling screenshot was the main reason I used this extension but I do not know if it's worth upgrading to pro for.

I've been using this extension for a few years. The free version has served me well, meeting all my needs. Some pages are not scrollable, for example AWS documentation pages. If that problem is solved, I'd invest in the paid service.

An excellent tool that works very well to capture webpages in all their varied forms. The new PDF export that is in beta has taken the capture tool to the next level allowing the production of a PDF with selectable text.

How to remove FireShot pro plugin from device ?

Excellent add in to screen capture. It works perfectly. I would only request the developers to add a new feature to OCR scan and be able to export text scanned as pdf, txt, doc, clipboard.

Fireshot (FS) makes it so easy to capture webpages. One can save pages as a pdf or an image ... capture an entire page or portions of a page, etc. ... can also copy to the clipboard. Without this articles can be a mess when simply trying to print or print to pdf from your browser, however with it the article looks exactly the way it's seen on the web. Pdf also includes the main url of the source. I definitely recommend it.

Best screen capture extension I've used in a browser. Lots of options for capture and stable in performance. Without question, this is worth the license. I have other tools for PDF conversions but its nice having them close by when browsing. Since I use multiple browsers for work I do, it is nice having the same tool across all platforms.

It's been 2 years since I first started using Fireshot. if you don't mind the occasional tab it automatically opens when it updates itself, there's nothing in this extension that you'd dislike. It helps you take full-height photos of websites, select part of a webpage or just do the good ol' screenshot of the visible page. I just learned recently that there's more to it but honestly during the last two years, being able to use this tool with its easy copy to clipboard feature has let me forget about it. I just found out that there's more to it than that and there's many advanced features in the pro version, but I haven't had the need to look into it. and that makes for a perfect TL;DR: it works well, no annoying ads, many free features.

very useful tool. my only gripe is the button takes you to a page that shows what's been updated every time the app updates and it is pretty often. so you can't use it after it updates without checking the update info page. the update info page has never once been useful to me. the app works as is. so this workflow without an opt-out is just a nuisance. edit: moved on to an app that doesn't do this.
