Great tool/plugin for Chrome. I use it primarily for browser testing Unity games. Of note, sometimes web console errors occur when running Bird Eats Bug with Unity. The tool provides extensive details and screen recordings that help our programmers identify and fix errors. Highly recommend!

This app is so useful. We use it for all bugs we create in JIRA. Makes our lives so easier, because the video talks for its self. We try to convince our customers to use it as well (for the issues we can't reproduce) as it keeps track of network calls and console errors.
I really like this extension and the way the company runs it. Very sensible design decisions, I've found it useful for almost a year now. I hope they stay independent and find success.

Bird Eats bug is my favourite tool to help developers troubleshooting faster,better and more precisely. It massively reduce the friction to explain where something is happening. The screen recorder is fast and smooth, the details collected are superb. I totally encourage anyone that needs such type of apps to give it a try, i'm sure you'll never go back!
The only Chrome extension that I use consistently. I like that you have the option to record the tab or the whole screen, and that you'll be able to upload it right away. All files in one place, and accessible anywhere. Thank you to the whole team developing this.
Love it! Awesome bug reporting tool. Easy to use and very helpful for the team. Please also consider adding a view of the source of the bug with the file and line number, so we can trace the code and easily see what is causing it.

The logs + screen recording is really helpful and unique. Note for devs: Please consider creating Intercom.com integration and/or a widget / JS integration. Would be sick to have this for our users to report bugs on our site and sync to BEB with Network Logs! Best

It's a fantastic piece of software. So easy to report bugs to developers now. It just does all the complicated stuff in the background (recording screen, tracking console). Big fan!

Bird Eats Bug has been very helpful for me as a QA tester. I am able to record complex bugs including the browser console and network calls, which makes it much easier for a developer to investigate. The new Replay option has come in handy several times just today! I don't even have to explicitly be "recording", but if a bug occurs, I can grab the replay and get much of the same information as if I had been recording from the start!

Simple concept, but briliantly executed. This is one of the biggest pain point that was not easily addressed. This tool is brilliant. Love every minute of using it.
i had supper slow experience. the public links never open. I love the idea but i cannot use it. reporting bug without it takes 2 mins reporting bug with birdeatsbug takes 10 sec but upload and review the report take almost 10 mins. 5x slower

One of my co workers introduced me to this tool, and our developers love it. Recording videos for our engineers and syncing right into jira has never been easier. Plus capturing console related information is super cool!
