                Tweaks to make migrating Yale Students to EliApps easier

1) Removes pagination of the table (you can see >10 users by default!)
2) Pageload auto-focuses on the netid textbox
3) Hide users that are totally completed
(DeletePantheonAccountInAcsAction, completed, true or
ReSyncMailSyncAction, completed, true)

To show completed users, you could turn off the extension, or type into the chrome console:
$('tr').css('display','table-row')
