It’s a nice idea, but when paired with other dark mode extensions, it just reverses all the colours and puts it into light mode again.
It fades the top and side bars so you can really focus on your writing; which I really love! However, it inverts the google docs page. Which actually looks very nice. But pictures and specific colors are inverted so they all look like their negatives. For me I use this with another extension "Dark Mode 2.0." When combined you retain the fading top and side bars while having a dulled out or off-white sheet. Often I would turn off the Dark Mode 2.0 extension when I'm working on a document that has no pictures, because it looks so good and really does help me focus.
