Brilliant! Simple and convenient to use!

I was looking for way to boost my productivity so I wanted to make "new tab" in chrome shows me a mindmapping tool (it will be helpful for todo list and notes) so I found this handy tool and together with "Fast New Tab Redirect (or any similar extension)" now my new tab always shows me a mindmap

Works well, except it does not open as the default in new tabs for me. It would also be great if chrome:// urls would open i.e. links to bookmark folders.

This is AWESOME! I love the immediate visual feedback. Simple, but its such a joy to use. Capture text, paste and up comes the visual. Hats off to the developer. I wish all software is written to the high standard you have shown. I cant wait for your future features to this extension. Many thanks for creating this - make my workload from impossible to possible in a short time!

Fast, simple, great! Just remember to TAB at the beginning of every text line (after the first one)

I am using Brave Browser which is a Chromium based browser. According to Brave you can install all Chrome extensions. I installed MMT but it works very haphazardly. Good idea - doesn't work on my browser at the moment. Cheers

I was looking for a simple tool to create MindMaps on my chromebook and most of them were either not free or were too complicated to use for my needs. I then found that extension and it is great! I like being able to modify the layout simply by moving around blocks of text. In addition I can synchronize my MindMaps on all my computers with the Firebase database, very convenient!

Brilliant piece of Software. This is perfect for mindmapping!

Simple, minimalist, very streamlined interface. Works well. I just type and (un)indent as needed. Changes are saved automatically. I can work on multiple mindmaps (in different tabs). Neat. Found out it supports **bold** (red text) ~~strikethrough~~ (gray text) and markdown link format: [link with title](http://www.mysite.com "title text!") Note: I have another "new tab" extension installed (Momentum). MindMap Tab added new extension icon on the bar, which I can use to create a new mindmap tab.

Totally agree with Benjamin on this. Elegant design and right in the browser. I was pleased to see that the files are saved automatically allowing you to pick-up right where you left off. The only comment I have for improvement is to include a brief howto on the syntax.

I can't tell if it's just not working at all, or I just don't know how to use it. Unfortunately, there is no help tab, nor does there seem to be any sort of tutorial. I've got a blank tab, split in two. I can add text on the left, but can't seem to add anything to the space on the right. Nothing I do seems to have any effect on the right hand portion of the tab.

I like the simpleness.. no need for drawing just text. I can trace my history while i'm surfing in internet.

This is what a piece of software should look like: a text-stream interface, with algorithms that do all of the tedious visual work for you. This author completely gets the idea that humans process text extremely well, especially in a list structure. This app contains (intentionally) minimal features, and a minimal GUI, with the focus put squarely on the text list. If you are a student of Software design, then you will appreciate the thought put into this app. Thanks for all of your hard work!

it even does not open, very bad

I want to draw things on there.

I understand the idea, but i don't like that the only way to access the maps is by a new tab. And it must to use Drive to storage.

Quick to learn (watch the YouTube video on the Overview tab here to get started) and very handy. As others mentioned, it would be useful to be able to open a MindMap tab in some way other than having it taking over the new tab function. Other than that, an extremely handy little extension.

A very good extension for fast mind-mapping. An option to use it in a separate window with a keyboard shortcut would be a cool addition. :)

Great simple mindmapping. BUT - could it be opened by something other than NEW TAB? I have another extension that I prefer to use in new tab, but would still love to use MindMap Tab.
