Wish it would scroll smoothly like it does without the extension.
Can't live without it. I wish I can use this in every electron app ever.
It doesn't work on Ubuntu and Fedora newest versions
can't do without this
It's so weird that Google can't fix the scroll for years. This extension works great.
I'm dual booting Pop_OS 22.04 and Windows 10. This is a nice quality of life extension that helps match the scroll speed across operating systems. I like how this extension auto-disables itself when it detects you're not on Linux. Simple, unobtrusive, functional.
Fixes slow mouse scroll, but in turn makes touchpad scrolling way to fast with no option to revert to normal other than disabling the extension, not even setting a 1.0 scroll factor fixes the touchpad speed. Will rate 5 stars when fixed.
Works very well. I would not have switched from Windows to Zorin Core without this extension and Input Remapper. Using it on 3 PCs with a variety of mice. And now that the requirement to login to Chrome after a start/restart has been fixed, I'm a happy camper.
It works on Ubuntu. It helps fixing the scrolling speed on Chromium Browser in Linux.
Not working in Mint, scrolling is horrible in chrome, jumping not smooth seems you are watching cascade of pictures not movie as looks normal scrolling.
Thanks. This has fixed the slow scrolling problem on my vivaldi browser in ubuntu. And the option to put custom number to control how many line it will scroll is just amazing.
even works in chrome os. albeit less automatically
Unforunately It also increases touchpad scroll speed ...
Doesn't work as well as it should on standard Chrome, Fedora 35. The effect doesn't kick in every time, giving way for a rather distracting browsing experience. Lots of room for improvement there, I believe!
Thankyou! Fixed the slow scroll wheel issue which was chipping away at my sanity in Chrome in Ubuntu 21.10.
Works perfect on Ubuntu 21.10 and Wayland.
A quality of life saver in Pop!_OS 20.04 LTS.
Doesn't work in openSuse 15
Thank you! I am a working on transitioning to Linux and found that the scrolling was SUPER slow. This helps with that issue.
Amazing, it works beautifully
Extension fixes a major problem but causes another one by preventing certain websites from fully loading.
Great extension and a must have on Linux imo. But unfortunately it always disables smooth scrolling whether you tick the CSS smooth scrolling box or not.
Wonderful extension. I applaud the developer for the flawless functionality.
Thank you!
This developer is a chad.
I've got very strange issue - when I install this extension it disables smooth scrolling. Scrolling is fast, but choppy. Can I fix it somehow?
works for Microsoft Intellimouse Pro and Pop!_OS 20.10
Thank you!
Really nice! Didn't know this was a thing. Good thing this popped while searching why scrolling is so slow. Thanks!
Not perfect, but its a good workaround to the issue i was having. When running Ubuntu 20.04/20.10 and PopOS 20.04/20.10 in VMWare Workstation Pro 16 (on Windows 10 Pro host), i was having an extremely irritating bug in Chrome... where it wont scroll if it detects even a small amount of mouse movement and even if it was completely still, it still scrolled so slow... This has fixed the really slow scrolling, its still somewhat experiencing the issue if you move your mouse, but due to the increased scrolling speed, its definitely helped it! Thank you!
This extension is essential. The scroll now behaves smooth, perfect. Thank you very much, what a great job.
I'm running Chrome 86 on Fedora 33 Gnome Wayland w a vanila Microsoft USB mouse, and this extension does nothing. I loaded CNN to test, and it takes 16 "full" pulls on my scroll wheel to get from the top to the bottom, and that's exactly the same with this enabled or disabled. None of the extensions which are supposed to fix scroll speed seem to have any impact on my PC. :-(
Thank you, it is pain to scroll in Chromium, which is very slow. I was using imwheel tool before but after migrating to Wayland, there wasn't any options to fix scroll speed. Until this extension came and saved us!
First time I've ever reviewed an extension! This is so simple! Works straight away (Arch Linux Chromium), thanks again! Only reviewed because this needs more coverage!
I know it sounds crazy, but the slow scroll speed in Linux has always been a pet-peeve of mine. This extension works awesome to correct the issue. Works as described with no lag. You can even customize it to your liking. Working on Chromium v83 Thanks!
Works fine on default, but also allows to you to increase/decrease scroll amount by whatever you want as well. Doesn't do anything else or add weird lag either. Nice!
