The extension is totally blank when I click it. Nothing seems to work and I can only see a white background while opening it.

TOO EXPENSIVE

Tried to download the extension and got this: Error 1020 Ray ID: 6a96b199cd40610d • 2021-11-05 14:15:21 UTC Access denied What happened? This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks.

Used to work very well. Was dead easy to use. Not sure what happened there but the extension doesn't work. Will switch to another vendor.

How to login! This extension is showing blank, I guess it needs login and for that we have to pay? If yeah then please do not call this extension FREE... Call it Freemium and we understand...

Couldn't get it working. You need a login from Datanyze. You ask for this and sales apply pressure to do an online meeting. No online meeting? No login. Sales engagement process! Don't advertise FREE if its not. WhatRuns is a much easier and better option.

Apparently even though they market this on their website as a "free tool" it isn't. After you download the plugin you get directed to a page from Zoom info, and they ask for your contact details. You will later get a call saying that you need to pay for the service. Super Sneaky.

FIND IT REALLY VERY VERY VERY HARD TO SIGN UP IT KEEP ASKING YOUR BUSINESS EMAIL ADDRESS AND KEEP TRYING SO MANY MANY MANY TIMES BUT STILL IT DOESN'T WORK????????????

This is a complete lie and a scam. It is NOT FREE AT ALL. After waisting an hour, trying to understand why it was not working. I came here to learn you have to have a paid account with ZoomInfo to use it. Such BS! They should have been honest from the start.

I used to love this extension but it doesn't load things anymore. It used to let you browse a few companies before asking for the account but it no longer does that.

It's not free extension. You have to signup for Zoominfo then you can use this extension.

You can no longer use it without paying 5-20K usd a year... I have been beta testing a new company on the block and they track the technology very well... Datanyze went enterprise and closed of for the world...

I am unable to log in with Google or to create an account without having to begin a trial with Zoom Info. What am I doing wrong?

Not able to sign up for just the chrome extension tool. I had to go through a long process of getting on a call with a rep before being told that I cannot use the tool for free. This used to be available for 50 free lookups a month before ZoomInfo bought Datanyze. I'm dissapointed with this change. This is still advertised as a "free tool" in the navigation menu of their website, which misleads me. https://www.datanyze.com/insider. I was directly told by a zoominfo rep that I cannot use a free version or trial of the chrome extension tool. Please allow for this feature as a standalone free tool, or change the content of the Datanyze site to not mislead future visitors.

It's a great tool, but I've maxed out my lookups for this month. It tells me to click to upgrade, then sends me to a demo page with a form that's a mile long. Very poor UX. I would appreciate a small subscription option just for the browser plugin without having to go through a whole demo. Pretty please!

These guys are morons! The app does not work without signing up. And you can't actually sign up. You have to submit your information and wait for them to contact you. And that never happened, by the way.

Free tier was disabled without communication about a change in TOS. Tons of roadblocks introduced recently to get the trial working. Hours of emails and webinars.

Datanyze is amazing and helps a lot in my day-to-day work.

Datanyze helps me a lot in preparation of my call, as I know what (mainly) Marketing tools an organisation uses. I prefer Datanyze over Ghostery (only a fraction of the information, e.g. when on Datanyze I get shown 30 Trackers, it'll be maybe 8-10 on Ghostery,) or Built With. Here it's the opposite - Built With shows (as the name indicates) everything that's used on a website...

Thanks for the tool. It's a very useful tool. It helps me to better understand my prospects.

Great plug in for real-time prospecting. I can pop out on a website and see all the information on it.

Great resource for finding trigger events within an organization, as well as POCs who may be best suited for an initial introduction. I wouldn't call this the one-stop-shop, rather, a supplement to your overall prospecting strategy.

Very easy to use and the research gives me insight into the technology a prospct is using. When I end up speaking with a prospect I sound confident because I know what the company has invested in for technology.

This used to be a very helpful extension in my day-to-day work. Now, it doesn't even function...

I initially had a little trouble understanding the value add of this tool but soon realized its simplicity is what makes it so valuable. Datanyze tells you everything you need to know about a target account in 15 seconds. Allows me to go into cold calls blind and speak intelligently to the prospect.

Great for identifying technologies on a website. Can also provide firmographic data and emails but not its specialty.

Consolidates all the information I need on a client (revenue, location, tech stack, alexa rank, etc) into one place and save me 3-5 minutes per account..... it even sometimes gives me emails!

Very useful tool for initial research. However taking credits for clicking in the LinkedIn or Facebook links is a little too much.

Most accurate contact information I've found so far. Also, the most realistic about how high quality their information is. I enjoy the fact that when Datanyze tells me en email is verified, it's actually verified.

This tool has been a nice way to get a deeper look into what my prospects are using. The information is more robust than Ghostery and other similar services I've used in the past.

Great time-saver

It seems that this extension sends to its owner not only names of websites I visit, but also the content of pages opened in tabs! If you a software developer you can see that from the Network tab of the background page of this extension. Such an approach of collecting info about websites is a privacy killer. If you care about your personal data you should not have this add-on active in your browser. Uninstalled.

Highly recommended tool for lead generation along with supportive team!

Tried to set up an account...I was forced to fill in the slot for company name even though I am not a business owner. Was sent an email in order to verify the account and then I get a big red fail notice saying I could not have an account set up. WTF? 99% of these people giving out glowing reviews, must be friends of the developer or they were paid to do so. I will be telling everybody I can how this app is advertising that it is free for everyone when in fact, it only wants members who own a business and I see that the app is only free for a trial period. Be honest and quit wasting the time of others please!

doesn't always find email addresses, but when it does, it's very accurate

found 1/100 emails have other free extensions that yield 5/10. a complete waste of time

Great tool. The only thing that frustrates me is the LinkedIn button used to pull email addresses directly on the profile (via a popup) and now it goes in a separate tab. I prefer to keep clutter minimal - please bring back the old simpler functionality!
