this is exactly what i need :)

SIMPLE, and WORKS GREAT. I can't believe how quickly I can launch any of my apps just by typing the name. I also love the apps ability to search my apps as I enter text... i.g. if I enter the letter "s" the app begins searching all of my apps starting with the letter 'S'. What a great feature when I'm not sure of the spelling of an app or if I forget the exact app name! It would be great to have the capability to 'list' all my apps! Thanks.

I love thi sone, after google removed the Quick App Lancher, this extension helps me a lot.

This app is so awesome... Thanks Breezewish! I have to say I'm also a Chrome extension developer, and I love that more developers are making "simple" (in the user's sense) but yet powerful extensions. Keep up the good work!

Thanks for giving me something to stop me from griping about how Google's killing off the app launcher. I've used it for years, and now I've got to work on building a replacement. Oh well. Great job!

Fantastic for power keyboard users. Quick, effective. I have Omnibox App Launcher on all my Chrome profiles. I'm not one to usually write reviews. I both write and test software for a living for a company that has high standards and that leaves me sensitive to ear flicks in apps. This one doesn't have that. It's simple, elegant, and highly practical. It never hurts to try it!
