This tool works as advertised - pay attention to how to set up the users, and be sure to save before leaving your tab. Once configured, the reporting is accurate!

Quite useful free extension! Kudos to this guy! He did put in honest efforts to make life easier for many of us!

I really liked this extension, but the recent change in permissions is worrying. Additionally, I distinctly remember a review on here asking about the new change in permissions that has since disappeared, which only makes me more worried.

Hi, Is there a way to build a report based on work log in which I can see the cost for the logged hours? For example I am managing a team of 5 people, each with his own cost in $. I would like to see their worklog report and the associated cost per each team member at month level. Can you already do this in the current Jira Assistant version? If there is any tutorial that you could share, that would be great. Thank you, Stefan

By far the most useful tool for Jira! The only additional thing I can think of I would love to see is to backup my set-up like bookmarked tickets and Groups.

Amazing extension for JIRA worklogs.

I used the ext and it worked excellent except recently after updating Chrome version, it started to get stuck in Network Error and team member addition to a new group. I can't see any worklogs of team anymore. JA version is 0.97.

Worklog is still not working :( "Network error Unable to connect to server. Please check your network connectivity." Edit: everything is working now. Best extension ever!

Since the last update 0.96 I feel the stability of this extension has really deteriorated. I get unable to connect network pop-ups a lot, menu changes doesn't reflect on save. Just general quality has dipped. Developers, please, if you want to maintain your user base, pay attention to the quality of your releases.

Worklog has stopped working in 0.95. Looks like the API calls are being duplicated.

I've been trying to get a report of my logged hours for a week. This showed it in seconds with lots of customization. Very simple.

Perfect for tracking time logged by a user.

Very usefull!!!! works great! as feature request: would be great to add timer, so everyone can select task press "start" and timer starts. Then press stop - and timelog automatically goes to ticket. and if one timer works, but another task starts - so first one stops and new timers starts. but even without it - this is the most useful thing for chrome!

Great tool when you have to work in clients JIRA that does not have any timesheet add-ons and you dont have the rights to add any. In this case this plugin is priceless! Thank you very much for developing it!

I needed a simple view to see all my work logs. Not only did I get that, but in a calendar view!!! I'm in love with this already. ;)

Great so far. I have 3 parallel SW projects/sprints and the summary reports alone in this app make it valuable. There are several features I haven't used yet - will update when able.

Jira assistant becomes one of daily based used application. It will be cool if Jira Assistant allows switching between different accounts. But the tool is great, thanks.

Does exactly what I need it to and will likely make our service desk streamlined!

I really love this tool. Only thing missing is timer so that user could just select the work user is working on. That would just take timestamp and when selecting another task or stop current task it would take second timestamp and check the difference (and maybe have option to round up to for example 30 mins if ticket was worked more than 5 mins). otherwise perfect tool. I would pay for this plugin if donate sign could be changed to "registered" instead of just hiding it.

This is great. Entering worklog data after the fact was such a pain in JIRA. This makes it easy to log work and move worklog entries around. Performant, easy to use and very useful for me.

Excellent extension for chrome and Jira users. Simplified the tasks, clean UI and options to customoze the basic setup. There are similar Jira plugins at Jira server level, but this simple chrome extension made the experience amazing. Thanks to the developers for your tremendous efforts in developing the extension and providing for free.

Really good extension ..especially for team management!

Having tried a range of different plugins for tracking time - none of which gave us what we needed - found this. UI is simple, but powerful to link to your Jira Instance and get either standard reporting, or custom reports, filtering on what you want easily. Took about 15 mins from install to get the report and filter I wanted. Brilliant. So much so, will be speaking at the local AUG on just this

Amazing plugin. Was looking for something to report work logged by team daily. And this is what was needed. JIRA doesnt provide any out of the box feature. Its a shame. This solved my biggest pain in managing and tracking teams effort.

Very good, stable and easy to use. Allow to do some stuff jira should have provided but don't bother doing since they make money by selling plugins... This business model is annoying.

Definitely make my life a lot easier using Jira to log time for work and personal project.

Great plugin! In the Sprint Report section, under the Worklog Details tab there's a checkbox for "Exclude hours logged out of sprint", but it always seems to be disabled? Is it possible to enable it somehow? I really need this feature when generating reports based on sprint length :)

This is a great tool for team time log analysis. The calendar view gives a good picture to the user. I am little unsure about the security part. How much its secure to use with company data.

Really like this tool. Only issue is that it doesn't allow you to change status of JIRA requests. Also, you can't update the calendar from JIRA, so if you work in this app and in JIRA, directly, they can get out of sync. Otherwise, it is awesome!!

Great tool, please add an option to export full work log description also. Also, I was not able to generate custom grouped report. The "View Report" option is always disabled. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Excellent Jira addon/plugin and it was free. Easily gives me the simple thing I was looking for which was a way to report how much time I spent on each issue in a week.

one of the best tool for jira i saw so far only suggestion would be. ability to save date range for user daywise view.
