This has been the most annoying VPN extension I've used. I my instance on the same device, same chrome user gets counted as a user and I consume my slot. Had to clear everything, remove the extension in order to use it again. ;#

Promotion said there would be Virginia servers but it did not.

Would be great if the extension and the app would work consistently for more than a week at a time. With the extension, it will say that the server youre connected to is experiencing isssues, but it wont give you an option to connect to a different one. It will also say my lifetime subscription has expired and reset all settings randomly. The android app is just as horrible. It will randomly wipe all my settings so when I am used to it auto-connecting, it will suddenly not be connected at all! I'm annoyed i bought a lifetime sub for this garbage. Do better guys, come on.

Can not sign in to my account. This is normal. Been using this for three yrs on liftime membership. always have trouble signing in. usually have to go through "support" to make any changes.

Too often too many issues. One day servers slow, one day app off etc.. Be more stable with your app!!

There was a problem with me too. It was unable to connect. I removed the addon from Chrome, then reinstalled it. Now it works.

Cannot get to login....always shows an error that my subscription expired...when I have lifelong subscription. Sucks!

Terrible and unstable app and windows version and browser app is also unstable. Slow vpn service. Wireguard does not work with half the site I try to connect to, no split tunneling. Stay away from these guys, total waste of money. Dont go for the lifetime deal, you will be sorry if you do.

Works well and its cheap. Can access Indian prime video from Germany.

It's constantly broken, the team can't seem to fix it but the server is always broken.

First time using it, registered and cant use it, saying that I need premium.

I bought the LTD on this but it just stopped working in just 2 months. What a waste of money. Plus they did not specifically mention the limited number of devices I can use it on. To be perfectly clear, I only have 2 devices - Mac and Windows PC. I just have multiple Chrome to use it on. Stupid piece of software.

I cannot login why? If I try to login I read network problem.. but I haven t network problems. Same problem on firefox and chrome. (I m lifetime user) - DON T BUY THIS VPN!

The Chrome extension doesn't work at all. The company seems nice and promising, but their VPN products and just the general experience with KeepSolid feel half-baked. E.g. the user management portal is unresponsive, it has database errors, the VPN Chrome extension triggers a connection with unmatching certificates, and on and on and on... I do hope the best for the company, but otherwise it's just a clock ticking...

The Chrome app no longer signs in.

Slow to connect to VPN and always take multiple reconnections to stabilize.

Used to work...But now it's just one huge mess! I'm using Unlimited VPN as an extension and everything worked fine. Since a few weeks it's just disappointing. Very (VERY!) slow connection and the server countries are not right anymore: When switching to Germany it's recognized as UK etc... I paid for a lifetime license and hope this will be fixed soon or that at least there's a refund!

Deceiving practices. The used the current world situation to attract customers and then tried to force them to pay in. Would not trust them again, especially when this is a VPN service and it's all about trust. Avoid !

It doesn't seem to follow any DNS/website/domain blocks that you have set up even though the desktop application does.

Never works when you need it. Every time chrome updates then VPN Unlimited thinks it is a new device and adds it without removing the old one, then device slots fill up and then you're screwed when you need it most.

I have lifetime subscription. After a couple months of using, I noticed that their vpn servers are not stable, especially when you use Wireguard protocol. Their wireguard config file stop working after a couple days and I had to re-download config again. Another limitation compared to other vpn service providers is no Split tunneling feature. They need to add this feature in their extension, app.

the VPN by itself is really good, easy to use and manage, I don't like having to wait for 1 week to delete a device though, should have been 5 days. I really hope they would develop a feature that hola has that automatically connect to a pre-defined location when browsing certain website, an option to let the desktop client run at startup without connecting itself to the location and also to automactially connect while certain apps/processes are running

Soon as I login (with a new account - never used this extension before nor that email address before) it says Subscription has expired, and I need to go and pay for premium. So they take my data and then ask me to pay .. uninstalled

New version has major bugs. Many times it just won't start a connection, no matter which server I select. The only way to fix it is to relaunch the browser. The new UI looks very 90's as well--why?

Great when it works. Frequently fails to connect to the server. Also, I have to reinstall the extension frequently in order to get it to work.

if you like waiting minutes for the VPN connection, KeepSolid is great. Extremely annoying is that KeepSolid stops the connection setup without any user feedback if it did not work within about 50 seconds. So you have to: 1) initiate the connection 2) monitor the connection setup yourself and wait about 50 seconds 3) If the VPN Setup failed, then you have to manually retry it However, the product is great if you only need a VPN connection 2 or 3 times a month. Then the price / quality ratio is right.

Useless for the bbc sites if you are outside of the UK which is the whole point

I have the Unlimited version of VPN Unlimited and have been using it for years. I have no issues with the program or the Chrome app. I haven't noticed any slowdown using it either. Great VPN.

WebRTC Leak Protection setting cannot be enabled and doesnt work. Other than that simple and effective VPN extension.

Was good but now so slow that i can´t watch anything, BBC wont work , can´t even get a page to load let alone watch tv.

Why the hell is there a permanent ad in the extension dialog for their stupid VPN server?

Not working. Whenever I click on the extension icon, it's just jumping on the screen, not letting me input the username and password.

Extension is fine when it works, decent connection speeds. However, in the last few months the extension has been having resizing issues and will spazz out, constantly resizing the popup window (apparently there's no max width defined), and the connect button is not clickable as a result rendering the Chrome/Edge extension useless.

I use brave browser, it flashes so rapidly that i couldn't login to it. Tried and failed multiple times, i have to uninstall it before i even get to login.

Works as intended, but will randomly disconnect without letting the user know.

Initial connection is very slow. After logging into my account, the extension did not realize I already have a subscription. I clicked on the likely settings to get my status updated, which for some reason takes upwards of 15 minutes to load whatever I click on. When I attempt to connect to the optimal server, the amount of time it takes to connect is ridiculous. The only reason that this gets 2 stars is because the service works perfectly fine on my iphone.

Since when do you not have an option to log in through Google or Facebook? Many people who have an account registered through those cannot sign in through this extension.

If i knew what i know when i bought this VPN, i would never buy it. In the non peak hours the download speed is low and slow, and in the peak hours it simply does not work. There are FREE vpn`s out there far better than this... Save your money and stay safe.

3-17-20 It is broken once more, you get the "1" in the blue box, without any kind of error code, and the logo never illuminates anymore, so you never know when it has shut down... This has been going on for more than two weeks...

the only downside are no taiwan VPN , and japan NETFLIX vpn , overall better than their windows APP.

After a year of paying for a VPN and being unsatisfied, I knew something better had to be out there. I haven't been using this ling, but its awesome.
