What’s new in version 2.0?

                Access the details of all your Freshsales contacts and update their details from the WhatsApp Web interface. Manage Freshsales contacts using the following features from WApp Web itself.

- New Contact

Create new Freshsales contacts from WApp Web. Select any WApp Web contact, enter the details and click on 'Create New Contact in Freshsales'.

- Contact Details

Select any WApp contact to view the details of the Freshsales contacts associated. 

- Freshsales Contacts

Access Freshsales contacts associated with any WApp number. Click on 'Freshsales' beneath the contact to be redirected to the contact in Freshsales.

- Contact Search

Search for any contact number within WApp Web to access the Contacts associated with the number.

- Edit Fields

Update the value of any Freshsales field within WApp Web and click on the tick icon to save the changes into Freshsales.

- Field Search

Search for any contact field available in Freshsales to view the details of the field and update the same if required.

- Template Messages

Create templates within WApp Web which can be edited or deleted when required using the 'Template Messages' option. Click on 'Add New Template', enter the name and message within the template, and click on 'Save Template'. You can insert Contact Fields and emojis into the template. Click on 'Template Messages' to view the list of templates available and select any template. Copy the message and send it to the required contact to send predefined messages. Adjacent to the name of the template, click on the edit icon to make any changes to the template and click on the delete icon to delete the template.

- Show Hidden Fields

View all the Freshsales fields and their details using the Show Hidden Fields options. You can also edit any of these values.

- Configure Displayed Fields

Determine the fields which are to be displayed when a WApp contact is selected. Click on 'Configure display fields' to view the list of Show Fields and Hidden Fields. Drag a Hidden Field and drop it under Show Field to make the particular field visible. Drag a Show Field and drop it under Hidden Field to hide the field. 

- Contact Notes

Click on 'Notes' under the contact to view the list of Notes associated with the contact. Click on 'Add Note', enter the content of the note and click on 'Save Note'.
