Loved this- but it doesn't work :( Installed on latest Chrome windows 10 without any popup blocker. Love the settings. And it works but nothing actually pops up or makes a new tab. All it does is when I open a new tab manually, it shows. Or if I open the shortcut. But nothing pops and interupts me. SO SAD I WANTED IT TO WORK!
Permission to read and change all your data on websites ?? No need. I 'll use a less intrusive extension.
So you need permission to read and change all your data on websites just to display notifications of regular break?

My mom is always telling us to take a break from our screens but we always forget and then get grounded, this is perfect ! My mom loves the idea. :)

The app & the options are good, But I didn't even get to try it. Reason : I work in shifts & mostly during night time. And this extension doesn't even allow me to set my work time as 10PM to 7AM. I hope you can update the extension soon so others like me can use this. For now, I'm removing this extension as this is of no use to me.

A great extension. A little step to be perfect if we can customize time.
It would be nice if the you could enable both reminders, the desktop reminder and a chrome reminder. That way, if I don't have chrome open, it would still remind me. But if I did have chrome open, it would divert to that with the pretty picture and all. Its more attention getting that way... otherwise its easy to ignore the desktop reminder.
A really good app. One thing I would have appreciated is the option of having custom time. Right now there are only predefined times.

I love this. i alway forget the rule to take a break after being on the computer for 30 mins and this reminds me every time! I feel so much better then before. Must download!
