chrome already has emoji functionality???????????????????? if the point of this extension is to pick emojis easily I can literally just press windows key + . (period) instead of using this extension.

Brilliant!!! Exactly what I was looking for to allow flag emojis to be displayed on Brave (Chromium-based) browser. Still working in 2021, no issues so far.

It's pretty good in games like roblox but.. my problem is when I go to youtube It changed the tittle with emojis and I can't do anything can you pls fix it?

Some older emoji like thumbs down will load on webpages but not in the list of emoji to type.

Oh my gosh. THANK YOU SO MUCH for this Chrome app. Works GREAT as of 2.16.2019 .. I just use this after I install the EmojiOne app to see the EmojiOnes. WORKS ON UBUNTU MATE 16.04 (albeit slow loading).

While the emojis worked as promised, it caused problems on YouTube with comments and even videos descriptions not matching the current video I was watching. It was showing the last video's details. Not really worth emojis to have YouTube messed up.

It's okay, i give it a 5/10.

Now all Emoji are shown on chrome instate of black square but it takes 30 sec or maybe more to load on any page

Very good support, let me see a lot of previously missing emojis (for some reason chrome only supports up to unicode 6 emojis by default?) however it has not yet been updated for unicode 10, so the newest emojis aren't visible.

Converts PC emojis to apple, twitter, or other. If you're looking for an extension that adds support for the emojis Chrome chooses to display as plain square boxes, then this isn't it.

Needs a "temporarily disable" or "disable for this page" button desperately.

Let's you switch between different types of emoji sources like Android, EmojiOne, Twitter, Apple etc. Let's you input. Works great. Ideally, it could update the rest of the Android emojis.

Some emoji only appear as unicode squares.

Extension has promise, but bugs ruin it. Some webpages were displaying content in a glitchy/buggy way until I removed this extension. I've had unexplainable high CPU usage by many random tabs which seems to have gone away after removing this as well.

As of the last day, this extension now causes almost any page to crash. Disabling it returns thing to normal. Causes occasional visual glitches too (something to do with ampersands?)

Gets the job done but very slow and the UI could be smoother. Not sure how necessary it is to contain so many emoji's if it's gonna sacrifice the speed so much. Nobody uses a lot of the emoji's here anyway

In addition to changing the style of the emojis displayed in page content, this extension provides an emoji picker menu. It's a little more convenient than the one provided by some OSes. At first, I thought this extension provided a picker only, but I now see that it provides control over the display, too. Another extension with an almost identical name ("Chromoji - Emoji for Google Chrome™", note the singular "emoji" and the additional "™".) used to provide some of the same features, but has been discontinued. That's confusing. The old extension had a better options UI.

Makes loading times really long, animations on websites are stuttering. Once I disabled this extension everything went back to normal.

Wins for making emojis copyable. After using a bunch of emoji extensions on Chrome Windows but this one wins on almost all bases. It's clean, has options for 4 different emoji types (never seen any other extension doing this ?), and also lets you copy emoji. My only complaints are that the replaced emoji are a bit tiny, and the popup for selecting emojis is a little slow.

I really like this extension, although I wish the emojis were written animated like the pics.

Best emoji extension out there IMO. I love being able to switch between styles and search with keywords for the emoji I'm looking for. This extension would be absolutely perfect if I were able to change the scale of the emoji on screen. They are pretty small and hard to make out unless I have my face close to the screen, but it's only really a minor annoyance.

on twitter, it really seems to glitch when trying to add emojis in tweets? (don't know if that would be on the extension's end or on twitter's end.) seems to work fine on other social media. also, being able to sort the emojis into pages by topic (food, animals, faces, hands, etc) would be pretty darn helpful

Any chance of supporting the Unicode 9.0 emoji? Check emojipedia for the added ones.
