Amazing extension, works really well. It would be great to add the page title also in future update but I was able to tweak it for my use.

Might need to be a tiny bit techy or have patience to following directions to set up, but this is AWESOME. Exactly what I needed and now I learned that you can write app scripts for google docs! Very cool! I'm using it to keep track of german / english vocab I come across on the web and then will use the list later to a flash card app when ready.
