Only need to disable in month view or only for horizontal. i still want vertical scroll in day view

Exactly what I needed. The number of times I've accidentally submitted an event to the wrong month on chrome because of the stupid scroll feature. Thank you for this app!

It's good, but I wish it didn't disable scrolling in week view.

It ought to only disable horizontal scrolling in the month view. I still want to scroll day and week views. Consequently it's not really usable for me. The ideal solution would be to add a threshold to horizontal scrolling so that you need a significant gesture to trigger it, but that really ought to be up to Google's UI people to do it.

Using google calendar was a massive pain for me before this. My mouse scrolls sideways at the gentlest input, constantly putting me several months in the future or past while trying to interact with the calendar. This solved that issue :)

It has been an everlasting headache to find the calendar scrollings month after month forward or backward.and this instantly solved the problem. (Don't forget to close and reopen the browser after installing.) Someone made a comment about it should allow scroll in week view. Maybe a good idea but I never use it.

OMG... this does EXACTLY what it offers!!! It could be siphoning all of my credit card data and I would STILL have it enabled... this problem has plagued me for years! Well done!!!

Works Great! WHY OH WHY would Google shoot themselves in the foot by making there own product stupid! At minimum I should be able to turn this on and off with a toggle. Thank you so much for doing Google Engineers job and making it usable!

I can understand the disappointment for users that need vertical scrolling capabilities on week view but as someone who only needs the month view to STAY. STILL.... GAHHHH!!!! Thank you so much! My life is much easier and I no longer toss and turn at night dreaming of being thrown into a google calendar loophole. I would love to know how far people have mistakenly thrown themselves. I think my max was about a year and a half into the future.

The extension disables ALL scrolling, not just horizontal. Can you add an option so users can disable horizontal scrolling, but leave vertical alone? I need to be able to vertically scroll to see all my meetings when I'm in week view.

This seems like such a small tweak, but it saves me so much frustration and inconvenience when using Google Calendar (or accidentally changing deleting events due to misclicks!) Thank you!!!!!

THANK YOU!!! I've been desperate for this extension ever since google calendar released the (hideous) update last year! :)

Works as expected, but it should not disable scrolling in week view (some people have long days to scroll though!), only in month view. Also, I don't get why it needs read/write permissions on the calendar, read-only should be sufficient. Unfortunately I will have to uninstall it. I'm just getting used not to scroll with the trackpad and use the keyboard shortcuts instead (P for previous period and N for next). Thanks anyway!

How do you spell relief? The months jumping around like popcorn on a hot pan was driving me nuts. Was looking for a new calendar program until I found this great little extension. Little things make a big difference.

Version 0.5 released on October 14, 2018 works! Although on the Schedule, it will only scroll if cursor is exactly over the scroll bar. Many thanks!

Unfortunately, this extension has stopped working since the recent Google Calendar update. Before that, it was working flawlessly.

This extension was brilliant but has now stopped working. I've gone back to ultra frustration and time wasting. Such a disappointment! If the developer can provide an update I will be delighted and my sanity could return.

googling for the issue that lead me to this extension is probably the most satisfying time saving thing ill do this week.

this has stopped working, as of 29/8/18. Chrome Version 68.0.3440.106 (Official Build) (64-bit) tried removing and re-adding to chrome but no joy. before it stopped working, it was excellent !!

works so far. I saw it before when looking for another kind of extension. at the time I didn't think I needed it. but my scroll wheel is one of those fast-spinny ones and it gets very difficult to scroll to a month without overscrolling again and again, ugh. so I found this again, great.

All I can say is Thank You! My happiness level just increase 10x.

Doesn't really work well. It scrolls once then doesn't scroll anymore so pretty much not useful now.

I have a Magic Mouse at work, and it makes using Google Calendar awful due to the insane month jumping that the magic mouse induces. This has removed a constant minor annoyance from my day. Thank you much Ivan!

OMG! EXCELLENT Thanks for this amazing plugin. The google calendar scrolling with a mouse is such a useless feature. I don't see how anyone would ever find that function useful. I surprised google haven't removed it themselves.

Update 1-15-2018 The extension worked beautifully until the latest calendar update from Google. Prior to this latest calendar update, the extension was amazing. It seems the developer has disappeared or gone offline?

Perfect - I love the new Google Calendar, however the constant mistaken month scrolling when using an Apple Magic Mouse was more than a little annoying. Thanks to Ivan for fixing this irritant! My life is better for it.

This is a great idea, but on my computer it not only doesn't fix the mini calendar month scrolling, but it disables scrolling in the main calendar window where I do want to be able to scroll. I will change this rating if someone can help me and the several other people who are experiencing the same problem (see the Support tab)
