Was working well, but from few days not working.
Cut off the first number of your IP address, thus not showing you the correct number. Also there are other extensions that use multiple sources to obtain your IP for fallback
Best UP Tracker Extension right here. Just with a click, you'll see not only your IP address but also your ISP and location. Good job!

Indeed the best IP check tool for Chrome - simply because it just shows a pop-up. BUT IT IS NOT WORKING ANYMORE?? PLEASE ADVISE :)

Doesn't work
For some reason it stopped working for me ..
I really love this extension and wish I could continue to use it, but I have an issue with what I read in the details section: This extension can access: Your data on all websites This item can read every page that you visit -- your bank, your web email, your Facebook page, and so on. Often, this kind of item needs to see all pages so that it can perform a limited task such as looking for RSS feeds that you might want to subscribe to. Caution: Besides seeing all your pages, this item could use your credentials (cookies) to request or modify your data from websites. *At least the Web Store is honest about what it can and cannot do but it confuses us with "perform limited task". Really this extension can do much more such as "read every page you visit". I'm removing every extension I wasn't aware had this ability. Back to using my OS to quickly see my IP address
