It had the potential to work well. And then, as soon as I upgraded from the free trial to the paid subscription - I've had consistent issues. One of which is recurring, involving the listing helper. And it takes a day for them to reply with the same message of "I just notified our developers about this recurring issue and should be resolved soon." I currently have under 100 active listings. My plan is for 200 listings - however, because it tries to pull in all of the expired and inactive listings (this bumps the total number of listings over 200 - and I do have "active listings" checked), it keeps stalling out telling me I need to upgrade my plan in order for it to work. Even this could have been overlooked if it happened one time and was fixed permanently - but it's every single time I log on. I gave it 2 months, because I really liked the product, when it worked. But - now it's just a point of frustration and really not worth the headache.
It seems like there is a lot of work needed. When I click on the extension and try to pull up the entire page of analytics all the text is layered on top of each other and you can't really use it. The only way I can use it is clicking the Alura button on a specific listing and it shows some basic information in the small bottom page box that loads. That is a nice feature though.
It seems like the extension is not working at all. And it makes searching items on Etsy very very slow. Not worth it. I was hoping this could help but unfortunately thats not the case.
It doesnt do anything. I install it, the icon shows up then disappears and does nothing when I go to Etsy or anywhere. I was hoping this would work because Everbee sucked.
It used to work great but it doesn't show any listing anymore, all I see is "Product Unavailable".
I've never thought I would become an Etsy Seller until I came across some guy on YouTube making more money than I would have with a job thanks to using this. Alura just makes it so easy to learn how to sell on Etsy.
Alura is an amazing product for product research and learning about selling on Etsy! Their customer support Mellanie is absolutely fantastic - she answer questions, deliver value, and are patient with those who are new to selling on Etsy.

There are much better options than this. I do not recommend extension this at all... Don't waste your time with it.
Doesn't work. Tells me to connect the Etsy store - I do just that, then it tells me again to connect the Etsy store - I do it again, and again and again.. vicious circle.
If the extension consistently worked, this program would be game changer for my business. I cannot justify the cost for an extension that works 40% off the time.
worked great when it did. Now the extension just stopped working. No rhyme or reason for it to stop. I've tried everything they (support staff) suggested and nothing worked. Just a big headache.

Just says "This is not Etsy" when I try to use it, maybe because I'm Canadian and it defaults me to the Canadian site? Seems kind of dumb. :P
Too many connecting issues, they are trying to help but it seems to be an amateurish tool.

You used to be able to use the Keyword Finder for 20 free searches a day. Now they made it 20 searches per account and it doesn't ever renew. What a shame
I paid good money for this. After I subscribed to premium, I cannot connect my Etsy store anymore, the Keyword Finder, Product Seeker, Shop Analyzer, the Chrome Extension are not working anymore. Basically everything is not working anymore. The whole Alura is not working. I have reached out to them via e-mail since last night and until now no answer from them. Please someone help me!
I have no idea how to get started with this thing.IMO not too user friendly.

very bad trail version .. they didn't mention about the limitation search if it per month or life time.. also every time I refresh my Etsy page the extension work and it finished my search limit for nothing
