Loved it

It works so that's cool, but it struggles to lower the google meet volume when there are a lot of people talking, which means it stutters from keeping the volume to its selected level to max volume, other than this issue, this extension is good for keeping your ears comfortable.

it works, but sometimes the real loud volume would come but that happens rarely, overall 8/10

Finally, inner peace

It can't detect the meet tabs that are already open at the time of installation. Just close all tabs, shut down chrome, and start afresh. This is awesome, I wish I had this installed earlier.

kalau tak boleh even dah add extension on chrome, try refresh balik google meet tu, then pegi dkt extension button then tekan extension volume yg korang add td pastu akan muncul volume punya apa tah haa cer try confirm boleh.

Thanks for this! It really helped because google meet doesn't have a standard feature set like this. My teachers usually has loud mics and sometimes it gets too loud and unpleasant (I also listen to music sometimes and just wanted to level the volume off without having to destroy my hearing). I've had no problems so far and I hope I wouldn't encounter any through the course of time. Thanks again!

So Simple all you need to do is restart browser and your good.

Works great! For those complaining that it does not work, you have to restart your browser. So I did with mine (Chrome) and works perfectly.

this extension is a life saver! My computer wouldn't let me lower google meet's volume below ear death but now I can actually keep my eardrums while attending class.

This thing Saved me from loud voices of my teachers on Google Meet

This extension is amazing. It's easy to use and vary effective. Now I can listen to youtube without hearing a book but in math equation form at 5 fps (if sound had fps).

Amazing all I needed was to refresh my google meet page and it started working much appreciation this!

guys it works, and if you need help all you have to do is press the puzzle icon on the upper right corner of your google window and look for "google meet volume control" and you press that, then it pops on the left of the puzzle icon and you press it again then it will show a small volume adjuster then you can go left to decrease it and right to increase the volume. Now you can peacfully let your teacher nag without completely muting your site :>

It worked perfectly! Restart your google meets, and then it should be on the top right, in the extension section.

u can find the extension when u go to google meet click on the extensions icon and then click on this extensions name.... ps. i love this extension!!:)

I liked it because some of the teachers keep their mic close and their voice was teribble because i am using on hears headphone so this was really helpful to adjust the sound and listen the class pleasently. this is the reason i was giving 5 star rating....

This is honestly so helpful If you want to make your teachers shut up. It is very easy to use and all you need to do is restart the tab

Really useful for online classes when you don't wanna pay attention. No gimmicks, it just does what it says. Reload Chrome if it isn't working when you first download it.

very good extention. If you have any trouble with it at first, all you need to do is restart or shutdown your computer. It works smoothly and it's really good for me to make my teachers stfu :).

Can't believe Google haven't implemented it themselves. Google meet is an absolute joke but I am unfortunately forced to use it and this makes it a lot more tolerable

Had a issue of not able to control my meet audio volume by changing my system audio settings, but this extension solved it for me.

the volume slider appeared in the meet, but when i started to lower the volume there was no change in the volume of the google meet's audio

Would it be possible to add per user volume control? I have some participants on a meeting being very loud when another are very quiet.

SO USEFUL! When support meet in person, we had a bull pin where we could operate as a hivemind. Now that we are WFH, we keep google meet on and use this tool to lower the volume so that is it more of a background noise until we need to answer a question; then we turn it back up. Thank you!

Hello for some reason the volume doesn't work for me anymore. It was working just fine in the morning and when I went to my 4th period class it suddenly stopped working and I'm not really sure why. I think there's some type of error but I don't really know. Hopefully you see this because I really like this extension oof.

I usually watch movies/listen to music during my google meet conferences. Some people have loud mics and I have to use two different browsers and change the volume mixer controls. This is a lifesaver and I can use this on my chromebook.

Thank god, i needed this so bad, some teachers get really close to their mics, and i dont wanna lower my computer volume or google chrome volume because i like to listen to music sometimes. Probably should pay more attention in class lol.

It shouldn't have to be an extension! Works very well though, great if the teacher has a very loud mic. Simple to use too!
