I keep coming back to Crystal for 5+ years now. It's just getting better and better every time I check in. My goal is to influence our sales reps to adopt this hugely valuable tool and it takes such little effort to demonstrate the value. I love the heck out of Crystal.

Amazingly accurate but too expensive for my personal job-seeking use. Marketing suggestion: offer a "job seeker" version for free/cheap during the "Great Resignation." Many of us who use it would then be advocates to buy enterprise licenses when we find our next employer.

It worked fine about two years ago. Now I can log in and see my DISC, but can't use it on linked in.

Super cool tool! I've loved being able to look up potential clients in LinkedIn and get insightful info on how to work best with them!

The chrome extension was working good in a trial mode, but once I upgraded to the sales plan it stopped to work, I'm getting error messages as "is not enough information to obtain a report" or I'm getting the sidebar as if the report is not charging the information. I'm sending emails to support but I'm not getting response

It doesn't work at all! I tired LinkedIn extension, so disappointing.

One of the most important attributes I think in life, work and relationships is "awareness". Awesome works great with Linkedin

It used to work very, very well and the :inkedin profile analysis was very accurate. I asked my followers to give it a try and about 90% of them agreed that it was accurate. However, the chrome extension no longer is working on Linkedin profiles and the flower logo just spins on and on endlessly. It just suggest that you need to reload the page and you can keep on doing that without getting any results. What a pity, this was a great product idea and it seems that the creators have ditched it.

My LinkedIn was restricted/blocked because of this app.

I've used this app on several occasions to get an edge on applying for a job, scheduling a sales call, and just understanding a coworker. It's useful if you use it.

Crytalknows guides your EQ. Extremely useful, giving insight into how to approach new contacts in business.

Causes input fields to lose focus!!! For the longest time I've had the most annoying behaviour in Chrome - input fields would lose their focus as soon as the page finishes loading. This meant that if I was searching Google, entering my username/password to login somewhere, or in any way trying to interact with a text field while a page was still in the process of loading, inevitably my text input would get interrupted by the field losing cursor focus, and I'd have to click back into the text field to continue typing. THIS EXTENSION IS TO BLAME. I systemically disabled each of my Chrome extensions one-by-one until the behaviour stopped happening, and was able to identify this extension as the culprit. I am uninstalling it until this extremely disruptive bug is fixed!

Impressing piece of software, intelligent gathering and analysing of data. Spot on from what I've seen sofar.

I love this app, its test results about me is very accurate, it greatly helps me know more and deeply about myself, my working style, my pursuit etc. Though it is built to check other people's personality, I use it to check my own and results are fruitful!

The gmail extension worked initially but has since stopped.

I am (not) conflicted... Crystal Knows is great. It fits perfectly into how I differentiate myself... that I sincerely care about the people I work with. But should it be my secret? No... it is crystal clear that the world is a a better place when everyone understands each other better!

The insight is super helpful in especially preparing for meetings. It's scarily accurate many times! Really looking forward to this further learning and preparing us with insights.

Crystal is a great plugin for business people who want to connect with others. Its analysis is brilliant

I love using Crystal Knows with LinkedIn. It has been very useful and informative when meeting with new connections. I will even use it as a conversation starter when I host zoom meetings to see if they feel the app is accurate in it's description of their personality.

Finally someone is helping us communicate more effectively! Seems accurate enough on me.

Crystal is able to give me freakishly accurate and helpful insights into not only my own team, but potential clients and new connections. As I do a lot of business development, it has helped me check my own preferences and biases, and communicate more effectively with people who I might not naturally click with. it helps me to understand how I relate, and that way I can achieve more. I seriously tell everyone about Crystal.

Thought this would be cool to check out. Had no idea that the LinkedIn extension only allowed you to see 10 and then have to pay $30.00 a month. If I had known, I'd have been way more selective in who I viewed. Now it's useless because I'm not prepared to pay the monthly fee. Delete...

Typical. They started off giving more with their free plan, only to now slash it down to only 10 reports, which counts for nothing, all that by feeding us a BS excuse. On top, now the gmail extension doesn't work, their logo keeps spinning fetching nothing, also slowing down gmail. Uninstalled.

I really like the information that Crystal provides, it's quite intelligent. The only problem is that the UX is glitchy and it lags down my Gmail sometimes (assuming it doesn't play well with my other extensions). I want to love this and purchase an annual, but I have to weigh whether this is effective enough to make up for the lag and inefficiencies that it causes me. Will improve my review if this is fixed.

The extension will not remember my choice to not show in gmail, and the options dialogue fails to load correctly when accessed via right-clicking the extension icon.

I love it. Never have any issues with it and it's spot on when describing how the contact likes to communicate. I tried prospecting a hard to reach client to no avail. I used Crystal to help me communicate to a style that was more comfortable for the client and it worked. Got a response immediately. Many more positive experiences.

Faulty Product...try with different email ids, DIC results will be different and on top of the LinkedIn result will be completely different from DIC results...

The extension is really useful but also really buggy, making the UX garbage. They've finally added the option to toggle Crystal tab off in GMail, but it will reset the next time you launch Chrome. Beyond annoying!

I think crystal is one of the more interesting tools on the market. the personality insights have made a really positive effect on my email communication.

It's a very interesting idea, and I think it's pretty user-friendly and surprisingly informative. While it takes a few moments before the app displays its personality profile, I've found that it's pretty accurate and useful. I'm interested in seeing how it develops!

The personality profile on gmail is the first thing I look at now when cold emailing potential web design clients. Being able to tailor my emails to each client helped me close more sales and maintain better relationships with my clients.

The new chrome extension is super cool and user friendly! I used it for professional research on LinkedIn and it gave me just enough info on the side bar, but i still had the option to view the whole profile. Excited to see what happens next. This is my secret weapon!

Adds a shadow to your scrollbar on ALL pages you visit. NOT COOL AT ALL.

New update in Jan 4, 2017 modifies the css on select2-container, which will ruin any webapp using the select2 plugin. You should use your own classes not modify other apps classes.
