Seems to have stopped working again. I can't find anything similar and it's messing up my whole system. Would really appreciate an update for this! It's a really useful extension.

[Not sure where to contact the developer, so I'm doing it here] NO LONGER SEEMS TO WORK. Seems to work on the first "pass" but then fails on every pass after that. Possibly conflicting with Trello's card covers feature? https://blog.trello.com/card-covers-and-colors (This new feature still isn't as nice as the chrome extension and I wish the extension still worked) There's a weird bug with the "Merge labels" etc selector: https://i.imgur.com/DVZGHFt.png Also, feature request, I would like to be able to choose specific labels (per board, of course) that the color-er should use (instead of just "First label").

I used this for a very long time. Perfect! but since month do not work anymore. Trello build up, the backround is colurfull. Perfect, but then a kind of reload happends and all cards are white again. :-(

Great extension to Trello, just of late, it is doing the following, you quickly see the colour on the card then it goes white, not sure if this is due to chrome so uninstalled chrome and reinstalled it, but it still does it. Is there a fix for this.

Can't see any developer support page, so I'm posting here. Really like this extension, but it seems to have broken recently :( Would love a fix if possible!

It's good, but before, all my cards were colored. Now it's only the cards with 2 or more tags.

Same as other users, worked fine til a week ago. Now colors dissapear, though labels remain. I have re-installed with same issues. If I refresh, I get color back if I click on the "merge colors" bar at the top. But as soon as I move a card, it turns white and then the "merge colors" bar vanishes. Any ideas?

I loved this extension for years, but after a system update last night, it has stopped working.

It was working fine until last week. Now it is working after refreshing the page for 1 second but then every card turns white(

As of April 10, 2020, the app works periodically. Sometimes it will color the tabs, then the next moment it disappears complete (not even a small colored bar on the card), then if you refresh the page it sometimes comes back. App used to work all the time, just not sure if there was some update that broke everything?

I used to love it but it stopped working. Now all cards appear white and I can't even see the label stripes, had to turn it off. I hope this gets an update to fix the issues but considering the last one was in 2017, I realize it may not... I'll change my recommendation if it's fixed.

For me this is an absolutely essential extension, but it stopped working a few days ago. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, refreshing etc. but cannot get it too work. Is it perhaps in conflict with a Chrome update?

A great extension and use it all the time, but I have a question. I have used this for a while and then recently, one Trello board will not accept the coloring. The Trello board loads and the colors appear and then they disappear and stay gone. Any thoughts why? Thanks.

I love this feature and have used it for a long time, however yesterday it stopped working for the first time. The colors will show up momentarily, but then all the cards turn white. The cards don't even show the label with the default trello settings unless I remove the extension. I have tried reinstalling chrome and the removing and readding the extension, but it has not fixed the issue. I do not know how to contact the developer to let them know so I am posting it here. I really love this feature! Please fix this issue. Thanks!

Is it just me or it stopped working? Now the cards remain colourless and do not show even default colour labels. I turn it off and on and this app is causing it.

Love this extension, I've been using it for the last year. It seems not to be working as of today, anybody knows what the issue is? Chrome update / Trello UI update? I tried all of the extensions possible, this is the only one that does the work.

This worked until today, I don't know how to reach the developer, but whatever Trello is doing with Butler just busted this and I'm super sad. Please Patch a Fix!

was 5 star until it broke today it loads for a split second then another script or something says NOPE aaaagh ruined my day it even worked earlier today, darn trello must've done something

I'd really like the option to have labels AND card colours on the board. Some cards only need a label and I'd prefer them not to be totally coloured. Especially with the bigger cards - that's a lot of green/red/purple... Apart from that, pretty easy to use once you figure it out, and very eye catching.

This is a brilliant extension - we use it for our AgileOS system for things like recurring items on our sprint boards. It saves space as well as making the board visually easier to use.

I like it. Options to use "first or merge" is fine for me. One annoying bug though.. This selector for "first or merge" appears 3 times at the top of the page, as other users have also noted: https://i.imgur.com/DVZGHFt.png Takes up so much space on some boards...

No instructions provided, so spent 15 minutes trying to figure out how it worked and never could. I'll check back later and adjust my rating when instructions are provided.

Like: that it colors the full card, which is very useful. Don't like: the mixing of the colors. Not helpful. If a card has three labels, say green for marketing, red for its project, and blue for being an 80/20 task, what would be most helpful for me would be to have the option to have the entire card blue, with a red and green label showing at the top the way Trello does it. That way I can move the blue task over to the Action board, and have it labeled also as coming from X project, and a marketing task. As it stands, the color will simply blend into a mushy green color, which tells me nothing about the labels applied. And isn't nearly as pretty as the blue. Overall, good product as long as you stick to one label color. If they fix this issue,then my rating would be 5 stars.

Unless I'm missing something it seems to offer no control at all. I just changes the colour of some cards chosen at random to a colour of it's own choosing. I was looking to colour code cards to aid in organisation - this doesn't help :(

I like it now after figuring out why I could not get the color to cover the whole front of the card. I had also installed the Trello Features app extension. It has a feature similar to Card Colors & I guess there was a conflict.

I have no idea how this app works. I downloaded it and it attached to my Chrome bar where it happily sits doing nothing. There are no changes to my Trello app and nothing in this app that seems to link the two. I shall soon uninstall it and resort to crayon and paper. Seems faster.

Works like a charm, does exactly what it's supposed to do. I *would* like the colours to be more vivid, which is keeping me from a full perfect rating, but it does not keep this extension from making Trello more visual.

Hi, it would be great to configure this to either use the due date colors. The due dates grey(none), green, amber and red would really be an in your face way of the team knowing what is late

Pretty nice tool - very good for team Kanban displays, since it makes the colors so much easier to see

Originally, I thought this extension was great and working perfectly. Recently I noticed it seems to not be displaying secondary labels on the card. This appears to be a bug unless I am not recalling correctly how it worked in the past.

Nevermind, it's working now!

Haven't used it long, but the one thing I noticed right away is that the colour choices are really dull. All the tones are very faded. I wish the colours were brighter. It also seams to make even the white cards look dull. But it is a better way to colour code. Good tool.

This is a great extension. I had previously used one of the Javascript injection extensions to handle this. My only suggestion would be to, rather than merge label colors, instead slice up the background to show an array of label colors. For me the merge color is more of a guessing game: is that green? or is it yellow? or is it yellow-green? And it can really move with the spectrum depending upon the color temperature of someone's monitor. Thanks so much for making this and making it publicly free

Averaging for multiple labels is great, but might be good to have the option to show both colors instead.
