The service did not live up to their commitments and the price charged was excessive for the lack of results achieved. The API's capabilities were limited to data reading only. Despite claiming to have access to a vast network of over 6 million influencers, the company lacks personal relationships with any of them. Additionally, all of the five-star reviews appear to come from internal sources.

We are very disappointed with Upfluence. CAUTION: They force you to sign a year contract with them, and you cannot get out of it. On top of paying influencers, they nickel and dime you every step of the way. Their platform underdelivered on the results they had marketed to us. They are very unhelpful in working with influencers. They have greatly hurt my small business and have been very unaccommodating. I strongly advice to stay away with them! We are still paying for their services even though our account has been 'cancelled'.

Why it shows nothing on the page? It's blank. How can I fix it?

Cant login to microsoft, cant log in with upfluence to even be able to use it...so worthless until it let me login

Love the Upfluence extension on Chrome. I get can access all insightful influencer analytics with one click. Since getting it, we can make informed decisions for our influencer strategy so much faster than before. Definitely recommend it!

Great tool - it provides all essential information in a snapshot. I like the idea that it provides a value estimate of the influencer

We love using Upfluence for our influencer cooperations - gives us all the importing insights right in the Chrome Web Browser. Some influencers have not been added yet but you can add them and wait for some time to check the accumulated data.

Great tool to easily see engagement for influencers!

This extension has been help SO MUCH with evaluating quality influencers for our campaigns. Saves us a TON of time and money break down the influencers, with not only their engagement, but every other social media platform they are on. It is great to have and to use and more people should be using it out.

Really helpful with the insights. Though there are some Influencers that the extension cannot read pretty well, at least the demographic data, but other than that, it's a great tool.

Very useful extension. Actual insights often vary but if gives you a good general overview.

It worked great for a few days but now every time I try to use it I get a "Something went wrong" error and nothing happens. I tried removing and adding back on and nothing has worked. I would love to get some help as this was a great tool the first few days. Update: The issue was fixed! It would be great of the tool could provide one with the engagement recorded each week on the graph. It only shows the engagement for every 4 weeks.

It ran really well before but now it doesn't work anymore. It keeps saying "Something Went Wrong" whenever you click on the box to confirm you are not a robot. Please fix this issue!

I love using this plugin, but it seems to not be working...

Was provided access so that I could view my own stats that this company is selling to brands. Can not get this extension to work on mac OR windows. Have asked for help 3 times and they ignore the question.

Disabled the ad blockers, went to Instagram and clicked the Upfluence extension. It says "This Influencer's audience is being processed. This can take up to 7 days."

I will correct star review if corrected. I downloaded extension made sure ad blockers were off. Went to Facebook page clicked on extension. It pops up box says influencer not found click to add influencer. it says influencer data is being processed and then 5-10 seconds later says oops. something went wrong. Please advise next steps

Fantastic but the daily limit on it is a bit annoying and I've had a malfunction happen with it not allowing me to resume use even after a day has passed. Software is gorgeous and super helpful though. Must have tool for anyone looking for influencers regularly.

Application not openning

Guys it doesn't work, it shows a blank page or blank slider after the animation of your logo. Can't see any data.

Very helpful tool for ig and yt

This tool is amazing, it shows loads of useful demographics and really helps screen influencers fast, saving you time and reducing the chances you get stung by an account loaded with bots. If your extension isn't working and shows a white screen, disable all of your adblocking tools

Very useful plug in ! An advise for users : don't forget to remove your adblocker to use it, otherwise you'll get a white blank page

I am in Spain and just get a white screen. Has anyone experienced the same?

I compare the data from this extenion with insight on instagram itself, the result is quite different, especially in audience field such as city, age and gender and at this point, I don't know which one is more precise. Looking for any advice :) But overall, you can use this extension if you are looking for best post, or how to charge per influencer. thanks

I have just installed the extension and its not working on any social media network. It doesn't loads anything but a white blank page.
