BEST! HOWEVER; you accidentally mixed up Fahrenheit and Celsius

Its a great extension, but the only thing that keeps me from using it is the address bar indication it shows, which most other new tab extensions do not show. Really hope this can be fixed, as this is otherwise probably the best New Tab extension on the Chrome Store.

This would be exactly what i am looking for. if it only had a folder structure for bookmarks... love the access to downloads and history.. too few extensions have that option

This is probably one of the best new tab extensions in chrome. It has a built in weather app, unlike some other new tabs; has a good loading time, (unlike some other tab extensions), and has a better design that is easy to look at. Infinity new tab had too many "apps" and was too similar to a Mac layout, and Momentum didn't quite satisfy me when it came to convenience. Thank you for making such a good extension! :)

Great looking New Tab Page but too sluggish to be used on a daily basis. Even with Reduce Animations (Improves performance) checked can take 5-6 seconds before your typing is acknowledged.

Does what I want - changes background to choice of image. Gives Time, weather and date. User friendly. Thanks. Updated 09/05/2017 And yes, I use the Fruumo search feature. However, I can't get 12 hour time to work.

it isn't perfect but it is a good-looking, well-performing piece of software. I don't know what exactly it is missing but Four Stars is very good in my book

Every time i open a page i get a notification about it taking a snapshot. Had real potential but this is broke. Checked multiple forums on the internet and delvelopers aren't offering a fix other than some sort of "Reset browser settings" rubbish

Clearly a good-looking start page and people obviously used to have no issues with it, but since finding this extension last night, I'm uninstalling. You REALLY need to fix the constant alert popping up on EVERY page, without fail.

It seems like it could have been very useful to me but I can't get over the snapshot notification that pops up on every single page you visit.

Annoying pop-up on every page (making snapshot), will not use it until it is removed. It would be 5 stars without the pop-up!

Fix the snapshot issue and I'll reinstall. I use to love Fruumo until this started happening.

I don't know why a new tab page extension would want to record my voice.

What is wrong with your dear developer? I turned off the function of snapshots and when opened the browser of 30 tabs on each says the message. Comments might help???

I love the rich features it provides. The weather forecast, easy access to frequently visited website, chrome apps. I appreciate the Facebook and Gmail notification too even though I rarely need it. I hate the slow loads, but I can live with that. What I cannot stand is the constant pop up every time I open a website. It kept asking to take a snapshot every single time. It slows down my browsing activity. I have to uninstall it.

Finally properly informs the user about the optional ads. Awesome Net Tab Page is back to being entirely awesome :D

I guess people do not realize that the pixelation at the top of the page is DELIBERATE (part of the design)!?? It lets you know that something is loading, and goes away once whatever is loading is done! Not sure why everyone is complaining about that. It's not bothersome. Anyway, I love this extension so far. My only complaint is the annoying pop-up that I'm getting whenever I visit a new web page. Fruumo wants to take a snapshot of every single page, and that's fine, but this pop-up is obtrusive and unnecessary. At least give us a way to turn this OFF. As a multitasker, this really slows me down and is a deal breaker. Shame. Oh and Fruumo asks for access to use your microphone for the ASSISTANT feature (kinda like "hey Google"). Basically, you can say "hey" and then say "search for (whatever)" or even say a URL and it will go there. I've tried it and it has worked pretty flawlessly so far.

Pros: The looks are really good. The icons, fonts etc are awesome. Simple and elegant. Most of the layout is fantastic and very well thought of. 4.5 stars for that!! unfortunately the cons earn -1.5 stars :( Cons: Gmail icon: Gmail notification pops open and closes down very fast, so that i just see a flicker of movement. I verified that i had unread mails, and the count shown on the gmail icon was correct. Startup: takes time. Pixelation: Top of the screen gets pixelated for a few seconds and then returns to normal. Weather: my location is not being read. Even when i type it in the settings section. why? All other chrome weather related extensions i have tried till now do it accurately... Wishlist: I would like to have a feature where i could increase or decrease the number of rows shown for my website link cards rather that the current fixed single row style. Direct link to extensions, plugins, flags, downloads, history though not necessarily in this particular order. Would be great if it could integrate with the fruumo download manager and fruumo tab manager like the way it integrates with the fruumo FB notification. I luv the fruumo FB and DM. I didnt check this one, but can i change the opacity of the website link cards? ************************ I realy hope you can improve this one. I like it and would luv to make it my new tab if atleast the cons were fixed. Just fix the cons and my ratings will increase by 1 star. get the wishlist done, and this one is up to 5 stars.

I agree with Jenia Sheymovich concerning the pixelated startup but I also find I cannot get it to let me enter my current location no matter what I try so the weather piece comes up blank which is annoying especially since it tries to get my location every time I go to my new tab page. But worse yet is the fact that it suddenly started taking screenshots no matter where I went and FAILING to capture the screen kept on trying and trying which made it impossible to do anything on my pages pretty much. Google should withdraw this app until they sort out all of these difficulties...

On your site or another. It's stuck on Celsius for the temperature. How do I change to "Faranheight?"

I would give this a 5-star rating if Fruumo would let me access my webpages without throwing a popup on every one. As it is, the extension insists on taking a "snapshot" of every page I access, and never gives me a complete message. If I go to multiple pages quickly, I am always held up by the popup on another page. There is no way to turn this "feature" off, and after a week, nobody responded to my bug report/request for assistance. Apparently this is an issue they do not want to address. It's a shame, because this is a beautiful app, and has all the other features I want - to the letter - but this snapshot thing is going to make me uninstall this until they find a fix. Sad.

I love it but it loses one star as the Facebook statuses doesn't reset to 0. No matter how many times I click on the notifications, it always shows 1-2.

I see the best design of Chrome Tab Page. The layout, auto font color, search.... I love them! However, there are 3 things need to improve: 1. Speed New Tab Page is important and I need fast access. But Fruumo is quite slow for me to get in, click bookmarks, and go-go-go! 2. An option to remove "frequent visit". I don't want to show business in front of my clients, please. 3. Easier to manage my favourite pages via Drag and drop. Opera browser' speeddial is a good example. 4. (sorry) Sync across browser, or I have 7 machines to manage... orz Anyway, I recommend Fruumo to everybody. Worth to try yourself

Very nice and good looking new tab page. A few suggestion: 1. Can you get recently closed tabs look at chrome's other devices tabs as well? 2. Is custom widgets possible? Such as showing currency rates, share market price, news etc.. 3. Make background randomly picking wall paper, online or offline.. I will then rate this the best new tab page in chrome web store.

Good extension, but could use some work. In most visited sites, some don't load before Fruumo takes a screenshot, so it ends up with a blank white image as the icon. Then if I want to fix it, I have to reset ALL the icons - very inconvenient! It would be better if there were a way to just reset ONE of them (by right-clicking or something). Also, it would be nice to be able to reorder them (especially the custom ones). As for the RSS feeds, it's nice to be able to add more than one, but it would be better if there were a way to collapse the title so you didn't have to scroll through all the stories of the first one to get to the next feed. Clicking on the Gmail notification icon also does nothing, for whatever reason.

Excellent extension. A bit slow on startup. Also I don't know if it's a problem that occurs only to me but the top of the screen gets pixelated for a few seconds and then returns to normal. The Voice Assistant not always responding. Overall no other problems.

great but can you let us replace the recently opened with a speed dial so we can customise what appears there?

An excellent theme... one of my very favorites.

I use Spotify Web Player a lot, but loading the page takes a really long time, so when it takes a snapshot of the page, it's blank with a loading circle in the middle. Can we please customize more? And add a feedback part or something in the settings, please. The load T__T

Thank god for a solution to Google's horrid design decision in the newest Chrome update.

Until i can get my most visited pages to appear at all, one star for now. Please fix. Otherwise, it looks great and would probably use and recommend it.

I can't get it to show any thumbnails - automatically or manually. It's pretty to look at but also pretty poor to use. It takes some time to load and really provides no value. Removing it to go back to my previous start page.

I really want to like it. But it doesn't show any of my Most Visited pages, even if I manually add them. It would also be nice if it loaded quicker when I click on the new tab button.

Weather is not working for me. Everything else is fine.

I like it in theory, but I haven't yet been able to load my thumbnails. I didn't refresh or close the tab before allowing them time to load, and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the extension.

Clunky, slow interface. Can't get it to show all eight thumbnails at once without the ugly horizontal scroll bar. Limited settings control, poor support (website is useless). Really disappointed in this.
